Through The Living Glass She/They Posted March 14, 2024 Posted March 14, 2024 For all you Bluey fans out there (and I know you ARE out there), let's talk! Curious, what's your favorite episode and why? Which episodes just give you all the feels? Who's better; Bluey or Bingo? Haha, jk. And what's your favorite Bluey/Bingo face (if you have one)? ex: Spoiler S3 E24: Ragdoll 2
The Bookwyrm he/him Posted March 14, 2024 Posted March 14, 2024 Bingo is the best. Of all. No questions. No arguments. I speak naught but the truth. I'm the oldest of six children, so this show is very relatable to me on a number of levels. And my whole family loves it. And my whole extended family. And yeah. 4
Just_a_Fan he/him Posted March 14, 2024 Posted March 14, 2024 irretated demoknight noises not this show! Spoiler my parents saw me watch it ONCE in the lobby of doctor's office. won't live it down.
Pruning the Blackthorn he/him Posted March 14, 2024 Posted March 14, 2024 "Takeaway." It just makes me laugh. "Grandad" gives me the biggest feels. Neither Bluey nor Bingo is better, though Bingo makes me laugh more often than Bluey does. 2
The Honorable Musician he/him Posted March 15, 2024 Posted March 15, 2024 The episode "Camping" makes me sob every time. Same with "Baby Race." 2
anna she/her Posted March 15, 2024 Posted March 15, 2024 My older child is a Muffin who is slowly turning into a Bingo. Having said that, "The Sleepover" and "Omelet" are incredibly relatable right now 1

Pineap-spider Pineapple/Spider Posted March 19, 2024 Posted March 19, 2024 I don't care about Bluey or Bingo, the best character is Lucky's Dad (Pat). My favorite episode is either Pass the Parcel (Lucky's Dad = Best character), or sleepytime (it's beautiful) 2
Through The Living Glass She/They Posted April 15, 2024 Author Posted April 15, 2024 Okay, so the two new episodes right? Spoilers for Ghostbasket and The Sign: Spoiler Okay, so two Sundays ago when Ghostbasket came out, I was so shocked to hear that they were moving! I didn't like it, but I wasn't completely against it either... I loved the thought of Bandit playing this game with his kids in order to introduce them to the fact that they were moving! Come The Sign, I was totally prepared for them to move. All the little things that led up to the ending were so touching and fun to follow, and I love how Bingo named the butterfly 'Flappy'! So CUTE!! The ending, even though there was no talking, was so emotional! I think they chose the perfect song for that. Bandit's actions at the end actually had me tearing up a little. I know this isn't super long, but that's pretty much how I felt to entire time. All in all, I loved both episodes! I am sad that the show is going on hiatus though. Any other thoughts? 1
UltimateArchivist He/Him Posted April 16, 2024 Posted April 16, 2024 As an adult male in this society... I adore it! Beautiful show, very kind and with lots of small tidbits that keep it fun! Phew. So glad there is no shame here. 4
Pineap-spider Pineapple/Spider Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 (edited) Bluey is the 2nd best show in children's entertainment, only after Mr. Roger's Neigborhood. The Sign was a beautiful episode. I love the multiple meanings of the title, the fact that it's just longer, I didn't hate Muffin, I love how everything weaves together, I love how there was a beutiful mix of humor and emotion. I completely agree with The Living Glass and what she said (as I quoted below). I don't think what I've said here expresses how much I love this show and this episode. "Bluey lover" is going in my signature. On 4/15/2024 at 10:32 AM, Through The Living Glass said: Spoilers for Ghostbasket and The Sign: Reveal hidden contents Edited April 24, 2024 by Pineap-spider 2
Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 I didn't understand the hype for this show at all for the longest time. Then my sisters were watching it and the salesman comes up and says something about saving more on the electric bill and in that moment I realized that bluey is the most relatable show on the planet. 1
The Bookwyrm he/him Posted May 4, 2024 Posted May 4, 2024 I want to know what people (namely hardcore fans) think about the end of Surprise! Because I know you have thoughts. I mean, I do. So the rest of you do to.

frivle Posted August 13, 2024 Posted August 13, 2024 My favorite episode is curry quest. It always gets me, being a dad who has to travel sometimes. Some of my others are fairy tale and sleepy time. Who doesn't like some Gustav Holst? 2
UltimateArchivist He/Him Posted August 14, 2024 Posted August 14, 2024 17 hours ago, frivle said: Who doesn't like some Gustav Holst? In all honesty, I prefer Mars, the Bringer of War. However, I do agree that for the context of the episode and its dreamlike quality, the far more famous chorale from Jupiter is a good choice. I simply wish they had added more of the rest of the song, which is equal in splendor. However, I do understand why they did not, as the chorale is practically an independent song at this point. The episode Ice Cream features Tchaikovsky's Waltz of the Flowers, who in all honesty I prefer to Holst, but please, do not mistake preference for disdain. As with all of the greats of the classical period, Holst has a definite and superb place at the head of all music, hand in hand with Tchaikovsky. I wonder how the plot of an episode that would feature the 1812 Overture would go.

TwinStorm He/Him Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 I saw my friend's little brother watching Bluey and for some reason I watched every episode. And I'm the youngest. And in high school. Proof that Bluey's the best kid's show ever created.
Through The Living Glass She/They Posted November 10, 2024 Author Posted November 10, 2024 *appears* ISN'T IT THOUGH *disappears*
