The Rhythm of War seems to show Kaladin as basically undefeatable by anything other than his own mind. But the Windrunner's advantages of full flight (falling) capabilities and not wearing any metal to be pulled on would, in my opinion, give them an edge over the Mistborn. 1

Enlightened lesser sprens have a mind, are also capable of consciously fulfilling Sja-anat wishes (RoW I-2).

But Sibling knows how to that (since old Fabrials were all created via cooperating spren manifesting), and he is cooperating with Radiants. Similarly, no one in the books knows Aluminum would resist Shardblade well, so why would Mistborn have aluminum dueling canes? So far we all make allowances for more 'perfect' knowledge than characters in books have.
