What do you think about TUA and Cash's reasons for why the other is wolf?

I really want to have more reasons to be confident that you're town lol

I don’t think I managed to catch all of it, I can go back and read through it in a bit. But from what I remember, they both have good points and I think I see a grudge between the two of them. It could be clouding their judgement and it’s definitely causing them to focus on pretty much just each other. I don’t think I can trust either of them right now.

Edit: I’m leaning more towards cash being village, some of that due to Kas’s vote before Bee being on TUA. I know he said it wasn’t permanent, but I think it was telling in a way.

Correct me if I'm wrong or missed a detail:

Let's say we lynch Weirdo today and it's wrong. Then Weaver, Quivil, TUA, and Cash go to lylo. TUA and Cash are almost 100% going to vote each other, and idk about Quivil's activity, but Weaver is likely the other elim to either Cash or TUA. Super best case: a mafia doesn't vote lol and Town votes together (very unlikely). Best case: Assumedly Quivil would have to vote for a tie then it's 50/50 ig. Worst case: Quivil doesn't vote OR a townie tips the vote 3-1.

Let's say we lynch Cash and it's wrong. Now we've got Quivil, TUA, Weirdo, and Weaver at lylo. This means most likely, TUA will sway the vote - we'd be gambling on him being town and forcing a 50/50 because mafia will vote together. Best case: A mafia doesn't vote (could be possible if Quivil is maf, but spew says town) & both townies vote together (very unlikely). Second best: Town votes together against mafia. 50/50 coin flip. Worst case: TUA sways a vote to ML OR a townie doesn't vote (assuming both maf do).

Lylo basically ends 50/50 best case scenario almost no matter what because the mafia will vote together and we just need the town to as well.

    Pick your poison, ig.

Edit: this is only on a ML. Ideally, we hit the elim today and win.

Yeah…I’m not sure. I still find Wierdo more suspicious, but I could definitely be wrong.

mainly because I saw them lurking down below

I’ve been lurking mostly because I’m not sure what to say, I feel and have felt behind this whole game, especially today. Though this does make me a little suspicious of you…I’m not sure what reason you have to vote me, other than lurking, which doesn’t mean a lot to me. Though this could also just be a poke.

So I’m suspicious of you, but not enough to give you my vote…yet.

I go back and forth. Agree with Aet that I do like Weaver pushing back against Aet when I re-read that post. At the same time, I feel Weaver initially had an opportunistic vote on Kidpen before moving off and onto Aet. I feel it's a strangely/fairly decisive vote for a player who is verbally hedgy/reluctant to ascribe reads:

Part of it is also just being at a loss. I could see joining Archer on TUA but I firmly believe we're at the start of the cycle (theoretically, as the NAs begin to wake up) and it would be extremely destructive for me to just vote TUA instead of opening more trains, voicing suspicions, and seeing what comes out of it.

I noted the Kidpen kill is a little weird and Weaver, Spark, Cash, TUA are potentially some of the players I could see going for such a kill. tldr; I'm voting for someone I feel eh about and who could've made the Kidpen kill.

I will say, I see your points and understand them. However, my Kidpen vote was a mix of retaliation and a little bit of suspicion because I didn’t understand why he would vote me. As for me being a hedgy player, I didn’t encourage anyone else to vote Kidpen.

    She nodded.

    “I love you.”

It wasn’t much of a goodbye, but Jenny wanted those to be her last words to Ed in person, just in case- no, she wouldn’t consider that option. She couldn’t allow that to even be entertained as a possibility.

He embraced her, kissed her quickly. “I love you too.”

     He turned and left.

  6. Just now, Lunamor said:

Jenny smiled and gave Ed one last tight hug. She then pulled back, trying to compose herself.

”I’ll try to get this quest done quickly.”

“Thank you. I’ll be anxiously awaiting your return.”

     He thought for a moment.

”I think the train back leaves soon…if I’m going to be on it, I need to leave soon.”

  7. 1 minute ago, Lunamor said:

Jenny nodded. She wouldn’t have to stop talking to him, at least. She wouldn’t be completely alone. Maybe it could be good enough.

    ”You better not forget.”

    “I could never forget.”

  8. Just now, Lunamor said:

    “I love you too.”

Somehow, despite the pain, Jenny found herself smiling slightly. Ed’s smile always managed to do that. It didn’t stop the tears from brimming in her eyes, however.

    ”Please be careful, ok?”

“I think you’re the one that needs to be careful. But I will be too. I’ll send you an Iris message every day, ok?”

  9. 1 minute ago, Lunamor said:

“Maybe you can take the trains back the way we came.”

Jenny hated every word that came out of her mouth.

    Quote

I’m good with you taking control of it.

    “That would probably work.”

He smiled kindly at her. “I love you.”

  10. 3 minutes ago, Lunamor said:

“I’ll come back. I promise. Are you sure you’re ok with leaving Gift?”

Ed might need it for protection. But if he could manage without it, Jenny likely needed it too.

“I’m sure.” By himself, he shouldn’t attract too many monsters.

    “How will I get back?”

  11. 3 minutes ago, Lunamor said:

Jenny nodded. He was listening. Something in her was disappointed by that. She shoved that feeling down, then kissed Ed again. It was selfish. He’d feel drained of life when she touched him. She couldn’t give up this opportunity, though. This might be the last time they could be together.

No, it wouldn’t be the last. She would come back to him. No matter the cost, she would see him again.

Ignoring the strange feeling he hit when he touched her, he wrapped her into a tight hug. “I love you so much. And you’d better come back. Here, I’ll leave Gift with you. I don’t need him.”

  12. Just now, Lunamor said:

“Yes. I wish it wasn’t, but I love you. I can’t let you die because I want you by my side.”

Jenny couldn’t even pretend to smile. This was the hardest thing she’d had to do on the quest. It felt even worse than being electrocuted had.

He leaned in and kissed her. “I trust you. I love you, and that means I have to trust you. On this too.”

  13. Just now, Lunamor said:

“I do need your help, Ed. I really do. I just need you to stay alive more.”

Jenny held Ed’s hand tightly, terrified that it would be the last time she could do that.

He held it back in desperation. “Do you really think this is best?”

  14. Just now, Lunamor said:

Jenny grabbed his hand and tugged him over to a new table. She then started speaking immediately, not giving herself time to go back on her decision.

“Ed, I’m getting worried about you. You seem like you’re hurting a lot. I think…”

Her voice started trembling and she squeezed her eyes shut.

“I think you need to go back to camp. I really don’t want you to leave, but at least this way I know I can see you again. I think I’m gonna lose you if you stay. And if I lose you, I lose myself, too.”

That last part wasn’t Jenny’s primary reason for wanting Ed to be safe, but she knew that it could help convince him to leave.

    “But if I leave…you won’t have me to help…”

But he’d never been much help anyway. And he’d always been a coward. Going back to camp was more tempting than he’d like to say.

Jenny looked over at Ed sitting next to her as the other couple spoke to Ares. Suddenly, realization struck her like a chimera claw to the gut. She knew why she didn’t want to go to the amusement park with him.

Ed was hurt. He was in pain, he couldn’t walk, couldn’t fight. He couldn’t protect himself, and Jenny might not always be able to.

If he stayed on the quest, he wasn’t going to make it.

”Can I talk to you over there?”

Jenny gestured to a corner of the restaurant devoid of people.

    @Weaver of Lies

He nodded, then stood up, ready to move.
