    When Brandon was a teen, he suffered from insomnia; he was sleepy all day but couldn't actually get asleep at night, and he wished he could store the sleepiness he had during the day to use it at night. And Feruchemy grew out of that.

    597. If you get wounded, even slightly, go get that healed as quickly as you can. Don't simply shrug off and say "It's nothing, I'll survive that", because you won't. Either it will fester, or you will suddenly collapse as you fight your archenemy. Seriously, why didn't you just accept that bandage / healing spell?

A fun side effect is that when you change your pp, you become another person to me I'd tend to view Shallan Stormblessed as a redhead around 18, I don't know why Edit: An image just randomly popped in my head.     My little brother is often speaking very loud, closer to shouting than actually speaking. We often tell him to lower his voice but in a minute he's back at very loud. On the other hand, I am sometimes told to raise my voice for other people to hear me. Especially when we were all wearing masks. So yeah, another datapoint for you Arkangel
