When he saw what Kealie was snarfing down, Quest quickly turned around and got his rations. He sat a noticeable distance away from the pot as he began to eat.

Quest yawned, stretching as he sat up. The long rest had done wonders for Quest, though his magic was still coming back from the ridiculous amount of use from yesterday. He looked around around their makeshift campsite, noting that Kealie and Vance were up. Wait, had Vance stayed up all night, watching them? That man was something else. Quest walked over to the others, ready to start to day.

Quest blinked. Vance was thinking about anything other than sleep? He found a patch of ground that was slightly more suitable for sleeping and sat down. "I have some rations but I will eat those later, nothing is more important to me right now than sleep." Quest proceeded to roll up in his cloak lying his staff and satchel down next to him. It might have been cold but he was too numb to care. It probably was uncomfortable but laying down was pure bliss regardless of comfort. "I am sleeping, sorry for the inconvenience but I have the current worth of a walking corpse." Quest mumbled before drifting off to sleep.

For some odd reason, Quest wasn't feeling hungry. That felt like cheating to Quest's aching body. Now Quest was curious and jealous of the magic vines. Sadly its carrying capacity seemed to max out at one passenger. Sighing Quest got ready to leave, looking at Vance to lead the way.

"Ah, walking. I guess I could technically do that." Quest pulled himself up from his slouch on his staff, and in doing so introduced himself to so many interesting new pains. "Let's get going before it gets to dark, or I fall over."

"I umm" Quest glanced at the bloody bunny head resting by his feet. Somehow, it was already drawing flies. He had the sudden urge to vomit again. "I don't eat meat."

"So what do we do now? Do you know a place we can crash for the night?"

Yes I'm Quest, I think her name is umm Kealie.

Quest fell over. At his point that was reasonable though. The killing blow had dwarfed the short man's first attack; while the first attack had been the strike of a sword this was the force of an army. So Quest didn't fell too bad when he crumpled to the ground, blown backwards from the shockwave. He wasn't too happy about the bunny blood that landed on him though. Quest slowly got to his feet, amazed at the damage that had just happened. The forest around them was absolutely destroyed, ravaged by the battle. "This is the power I need, this is where I will get too." Quest thought. He had made that promise long ago but it burned inside him know, reminding him of his quest. Quest staggered over to the short man, "Who are you again?"

"Oh yes" Quest said, beginning to summon his magic. Green light started to glow from the grass on the ground as it began to grow. Quest guided the plants to began growing around the bunny. The vines looped around, ensnaring the limbs and climbing up the bunny's side. Quest slumped over, leaning on his staff to stay upright. He doesn't usually have to use this much magic. Stupid death bunny. "That should be able to hold it for a while, can we kill it somehow?"

Ok, um sure. You guys look exhausted, do you need to rest?

Quest sat up, finishing his torment. He straighten his glasses and got to his feet. "That was awful" Quest thought, "I certainly will never going to eat questionable berries again.....unless they look interesting....or I really really want to." Satisfied with his commitment, Quest began to wander back to the others. This has been quite the interesting day, he had classified a bush, made some very interesting acquaintances, experienced extreme vomiting and helped conquered a death bunny. It is all about finding the simple pleasures in life. Whistling, Quest made his way into the clearing. It was quite destroyed by the all fighting and there was a small fire had seemed to have started on a sapling. The others seemed to have subdued the death bunny and were standing over it; the stabby fellow was looking down at a pile of rope and the vine girl was impaling the bunny's foot with an arrow. An interesting scene. Quest spoke, "Hello again, how is our furry friend?"

Quest pulled up his cloak to shield him from the maelstrom of dust that blew through the clearing. But the bunny somehow wasn't dead. "I don't know how someone can top that." Quest thought as he got to his feet. He began summoning more fireballs when he felt something odd. He felt something welling in his stomach and looked around confused. Quest proceeded to throw up on the tree behind him, emptying the contents of his stomach. Maybe those berries were poisonous after all.

Quest grabs the green ball of light that was floating around him. He moves it over Kealie, the light fading as its healing properties set to work. Quests glances back hoping that Vance has things in hand with the bunny.

Quest weathers the blast from behind the tree and is distorted from the shockwave. With ringing ears he struggles to hear what that short fellow is screaming at him. Panicked he jumps out from behind the tree. He throws the fireballs he had been summoning at the bunny and rushes over to Kealie to try and help her.

Quest peeked around the tree waiting for the bunny to attack. While doing so, he noticed the vines moving. "I KNEW IT! THE VINES ARE ALIVE." Quest began to pull out his notebook before reminding himself that the death bunny was attacking.
