This is only tangentially related, and highly impractical, but remember in RoW when Rabionel and Navani are experimenting with aluminum? They find a way to make a conjoined fabrial that moves exponentially rather than incrementally. If you take that to its logical conclusion... ...you would end up running into Relativity. Sorry. You could put one of those together with Scadrial tech (etmettal speed bubble), and create a very weird FTL gemstone. Elsecalling is FTL already, so mechanized elsecalling probably should work well.

Hmm. I've just pestered all of my friends, and then gotten them to pester my other friends once they read the books and started enjoying them.. Try introducing your friends to a Sanderson book that isn't one of the ones that you've been pestering them about. Then, you can give them pretty much the entirety of Sanderson's writing. Also, a good idea is saying "Look. I know that this isn't for everyone, but I think you'll enjoy it. Jut read the first <number of pages at which point you were hooked>, and if you don't like it, I won't pester you again." Hope this helps!

Alright! I'll rework my character sheet. 'Murder Camels' are relatively minor. The guild is actually focused on researching Identity. I just really wanted to use the camels as part of my character. I'll change the guild name when I rework my character sheet.

Motivation (Short & long term goal): Short term goal: Get away from her family. Long term: Research Identity. Merits: Minor: Has soulstamps handy, a Spanreed, and has Soulstone. Mid: Bow & arrow, tools for carving Soulstamps, a pack of useful items. Major: Talented Forger. (Currently has access to these soulstamps: One that makes camels (or other quadrupeds) aggressive, one that makes quadrupeds loyal, several misc. soulstamps that Sei used to decorate her quarters, and several to change her bow's draw weight.)
