  1. Do you have proof? Or is that just speculation? Kaladin didn't get Adhesion first. He was just unaware that he could use Gravitation. Not to mention that the Mistborn could do constant duralumin level Soothings or Riotings while within a Bendalloy bubble. I feel like this is an insane power for Mistborns, one that is very underrated. Constant duralumin level pushes or pulls on your emotions could incapacitate you. This is all without the cost of actually using duralumin, as you would only need to be in a speed bubble. A carefully timed Soothe or Riot at this level could mess the Lightweaver up in crucial moments. For example, the Lightweaver is swinging their Sprenblade at the Mistborn. The Mistborn could put a bendalloy bubble up, get out of the way of the Blade, and Riot/Soothe the emotions, probably making the Lightweaver lose their concentration. They drop their guard. The Mistborn then leeches the stunned Lightweaver or lays into them with knives or pewter-fueled punches. I just don't see how a Lightweaver could plausibly beat a Mistborn without a good deal of luck or backup, based on what we have seen and what is within the realms of plausibility.
  2. Where did you get the number of 11x from? Edit- Removed TLM
  3. Fair, but it is supported by this WoB that has already been shared Elsecallers are better at Soulcasting than other people that can Soulcast. He said that it's not impossible for a Lightweaver to do, but based on how he worded it, it seems unlikely. Again, this is backed by the books- we see very few Lightweavers soulcasting at any level even somewhat close to the base minimum that Jasnah can do. Yes, it is a small sample size, but it is still a significant percentage. I think that the best weapon that a Lightweaver has against a Mistborn is illusions. However, Lightweavers are much less combat focused. Mistborn, in my opinion, would win most of the time in a flat out battle.
  4. This is from the Coppermind This seems to imply that Elsecallers are naturally more skilled at Soulcasting than Lightweavers, which is supported by what we have seen with both sides. We do only have one Elsecaller on screen, but the Lightweavers that we have seen seem to be way less skilled than Jasnah, even if Jasnah is above average.
  5. I've actually never seen that WoB before. That does help the Skybreaker side, however. How invested is a compounder vs. a 3rd ideal Skybreaker? I feel like a compounder would be more invested than a Skybreaker, but idk. Depends on the amount of Stormlight that the Skybreaker has, but I can see it taking from half a second to drain them or 3 seconds.
  6. As of right now, I would say 90% in favor of Mistborn. We haven't seen much of the surge of Division, but I can't see the Skybreaker competing with a Mistborn. The Mistborn is just too versatile and can counter much of what the Skybreaker can do
  7. He was compounding Youth. He Feruchemically stored Youth in some atium then Allomantically burned it. It's like he swapped the power source for the Feruchemical Youth from himself to the metal.
  8. Can we agree that a Mistborn with atium would demolish a 3rd ideal Radiant at least?
  9. True, a Windrunner would have a higher top speed, but Mistborn can accelerate much more quickly, as shown when Vin blasts off from the top of the city wall to save Breeze
  10. It's hard to cut someone's throat when they are way stronger than you and breathing down your neck Not to mention that they could Push the Shardblade away
  11. In a grappling match, a Mistborn would absolutely destroy a 3rd ideal Radiant. They just leech away the Stormlight from the squishy Radiant the break them with the added strength of Pewter I would think that it wouldn't be hard to want to avoid the massive, glowing sword being swung at you
  12. Not Jasnah, Ethid, Vathi, Navani, or Raboniel. 1. This character is an avid researcher 2. They are not well regarded 3. They may or may not be actually human, despite looking almost like one
  13. Not Jasnah or Ethid. 1. This character is an avid researcher 2. They are not well regarded
  14. Sorry about the delay- I've had a lot of stuff to do lately Alright! 1. This character is an avid researcher
  15. Crap my bad. Create someone that obsesses over their clothes
  16. Bro making characters is my favorite part of DND. I have made so many characters that I probably will never use as a forever DM
  17. Nerdy, it is indeed Ati! I bequeath to the mantle of Character Chooser
  18. I honestly think that this is my favorite theory that I have ever come across, true or not. If it is true, then Wayne may know that the is a full feruchemist, but have such emotional trauma linked with that to make him abandon it or something, kind of like Shallan
  19. However, Ishar is famously unreliable in the Connection department. Actually, he is unreliable in every department. He ends up Connecting the sandwich to me instead!
  20. It is not Hoid. Final Clue! 1. This character smiles a lot 2. They are disconcerting to some 3. They were betrayed by a former associate 4. They worked with others to destroy a powerful entity 5. He got decked in the face by Kelsier
