  1. I would love to see her try
  2. You are completely right! While Nightblood could probably eat a Shardblade if it was on it for a minute, an instant touch wouldn't destroy it, probably just cause the spren pain.
  3. It's not about how he thinks about himself, it's about what he would do with Nightblood, and Rashek simply doesn't need Nightblood in any way. Look at WoB above. Well in that very same WoB it does say that if the wielder thinks that they're evil, so does the sword. It's all about perception, Rashek is "The Good Guy" in his own story even if in the eyes of everyone else he would be very evil, and thus Nightblood wouldn't make him kill himself since he doesn't think he's evil. Thats why Vasher, who killed his wife and started the many war, can use nightblood. He didn't think of it as evil. As for how Szeth can use it? Ado only knows.
  4. Does Rashek think he's evil? I'm pretty sure Rashek viewed himself as the good guy Leras sure did.
  5. That's the issue, we haven't seen enough from their POV's, all the Special Sauce and son of Tanavast
  6. Well, we can't take Kaladin as a baseline. He has way to much going on.
  7. Could this mean that Cultivation's magic increases in strength over time? If so the "old magic" might work because of how old it is!
  8. Hence why nightblood won't eat Roshar for example
  9. Huh? How many blows did it take to kill Rayse, the vessel of Odium? He can collapse perpendicularites! He most definitely can eat an entire spren in one blow!
  10. I didn't even see that sorry!
  11. I've always thought Hoid is out for the "Greater good", which is a very scary thing, as we've seen with Taravangian. What's one life or a hundred or even an entire planet in the fate of the universe? If you thought Taravangian was horrifying, think about one of the oldest and craftiest beings scheming to bring about his view of the "good" ending of the cosmere. Hoid will stop at nothing for his goals, and if that includes the death and betrayal of the characters we know and love? SO BE IT.
  12. Umm, actually, its clearly Adonalsuim's cognitive shadow giving him a power-up.
  13. That happens a ton. I've learned that when you get an error, copy your post, reload the page, and return to the forum home page. If it's not there, try again.
  14. Cool idea, sounds like a nightmare to code though.
  15. There is also always the nuclear option...
  16. Well now you have to get to know him! Or perhaps get a job a dragonsteel? Maybe you could become a shipping manager, work at Tor, or start the author Oscars. The more interaction you have the better!
  17. Since going to his house and banging on his doors will probably get you arrested, move to the area and join Brandon's church (I'm not sure what the right word is for LDS) eventually you might get into a dinner with him and ask your questions. Then ask yourself "was uprooting my entire life worth it".
  18. Oh god the insurance companies are going to have soooo many factors.
  19. Not all aluminum alloys have great same properties this one couldbe special. But this was just a thought, the other option is that it's just normal glass and some Aonic magic is holding it in place. So we don't know!
  20. Unless Yelig-Nar grants the fused variety of surges (which I think it does since they gain a gem heart) (unfortunately we don't know them all.) They're basically the same with a slight edge to HH with the shardblade.
  21. I'm malding and seething, cus a ride with an hour and half wait got stopped after holding us for another half an hour also the only reason they didn't keep going is cus the storming park is closing. We got a one time fast pass for our troubles but I'M NOT COMING BACK FOR LIKE 3 YEARS. SO IT WAS USELESS. So yeah I'm a bit... unhappy with having two hours of valuable time wasted and being compesated in the most useless way. And no before you say anything I could not just leave, the way they worded the first couple of announcements made it seem like a quick delay max. Additionally I was pretty much stuck in the middle of the line with the closest way out being through many people.

  22. It can be! https://www.techtarget.com/whatis/definition/transparent-aluminum#:~:text=Transparent aluminum is a form,a soft x-ray laser. Although unlikely, it's possible with soulcasting or the like.
  23. Aluminum, it can take liquid investure from a perpendicularity and it will stay. I'm just guessing the walk around scooping some dor in it and purifying it
  24. Let it die. We must let the dying pass peacefully into the Beyond .
  25. Whether or not aluminum would block is irrelevant, nothing in a Windrunner's skill set gives them aluminum much less time for them to melt it onto their Shardplate. Come on people stay on topic. Personally I think it depends where this fight happens, wide open area with sky access? Windrunner wins, but barely. Any where else? Fullborn wins easily.
