  1. Everyone looked a little annoyed. "Hey, I'm just tagging along to help these losers save their friends, you don't get to tell me what I do or don't want. Now, how about you at least start helping us think of something. Unfortunately, I firmly believe that everything can be fixed one way or another." Everyone gagged as the words left their mouth. "Storms, I hate being part of Sequence."
  2. "As much as I love that, how do we fix it?" Everyone scratched their cheek, looking rather bored. "Also, maybe we could talk to you in person? Unseen communication like this is cowardly unless I'm the one doing it."
  3. Everyone sighed and tapped their foot, looking at the rest of the group before speaking up. "Their friends are trapped somewhere else in unreal space. A machine that controls the flow of time broke, and trapped them there, and since you're so knowledgeable in- ..." Everyone paused, looking around. "Wait, we are speaking to Onyx right now, right?"
  4. Everyone sighed, looking at the sand distastefully before picking up a pinch of the sand and throwing it above them to allow it to sprinkle down onto their body. "Sequence, you owe me for this. Big time." They sat down and fell asleep as well.
  5. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thats where we are.. I thought it was a bit odd for someone to be able to teleport directly into unreal space. (Bold) The appearance of the castle was erased from existence (Un-Bold) Eventually, the circle appeared. The same one, with the odd runes and the sand. Everyone yawned. "Must I accompany you into the unreal space, or can you handle things from here?"
  6. Everyone laughed to themself, and continued walking. Eventually, Onyx's castle came into view, presumably still just as overgrown and dilapidated as before.
  7. Everyone also observed, very amused. “What? The bugs? I’m just having some fun. It’s a long walk, after all.”
  8. “Which Everyone?” They replied with a bored tone. “I’m the only Everyone I know. Sequence’s Everyone, if you will.” They made a sour face as they said it. oopsies, for some reason I’ve always imagined this place to look kinda like the shire Everyone snickered, waving their hand. Red-winged insects fluttered down to take their place.
  9. There's nobody else to do it! Plus, I trust Everyone... Marginally... Besides, I'm watching them. If anything goes spectacularly wrong, I can intervene.
  10. Everyone strode off in a seemingly random direction among the green hills, humming softly to themself. "Please keep up."
  11. Sequence stared at Ista for a moment. "... I... Yes, of course. Fuzzy- ... No, she's unavailable... Cardinal... Is also unavailable... Hm..." "I can take them." A voice spoke up. Sequence, alarmed, jumped so hard she almost fell out of her chair... For like, the four-hundredth time. A... Person of indistinguishable gender stood on the porch. They wore a simple grey jacket with jeans, and had pasty white skin with short, messy black hair. Their bored eyes held a little bit of crimson, and black mist gathered at their feet. "... I'm not so sure that-" Everyone cut Sequence off. "That what? I know the way, I can show them." Sequence looked very unsettled, but nodded slowly and turned to Ista. "This is Everyone. They are a... Friend of mine. They will help you get to unreal space, as I am occupied..." Everyone waved, giving a big, slightly unnerving grin.
  12. Sequence's frown deepened as she listened, leaning forward in her rocking chair. "... I see..." She looked over at Erif, looking a bit conflicted for just a moment, before taking a deep breath and composing herself, sitting up straight and clasping her hands together in her lap. "I believe you to be pure, and I apologize the loss of the adventurers in your charge. However, I cannot allow violence or strife of any kind in my realm, and all who visit this place are protected by me. Criminal or not. Especially in this case, as... I still need more information. I need to think on things. I appreciate your explanation, and I want you to know you're always welcome here." Sequence stood up, smiling warmly at the Adventurer. Sequence nodded. "So we shouldn't have a problem getting to Onyx." "Ah! Lovely idea! What do you think, inspector?"
  13. Sequence jumped, startled and seemingly always off-guard as she turned to Ista. “… Oh- Hello Ista! Why, yes I believe I can… Though I am a bit busy, so I suppose I could have Fuzzy or Cardinal accompany you. They both know the way as well.” Sequence paused, then turned to the inspector. @xinoehp512 ”Onyx’s castle isn’t affected by that… ‘Lack of time’ business, is it?”
  14. "... Oh. I see... I'm afraid this is not a quest I can embark on alone, though Erif, if there is anything I can do to help, please reach out. And perhaps finding Onyx could be beneficial, as he is quite knowledgeable. His castle is also in unreal space, certainly one must know a thing or two about the place if they're going to build a castle there."
  15. It is the museum of Cryptics. Welcome, traveler. Please stick close to the path, as Angerspren do tend to run about here. Oh, and don't touch those statues. They're actually petrified lifeforms, and they are contagious.
  16. "Well, from what I remember, he's reasonable enough to see that this is a dire situation. Isn't unreal space his domain anyways? It's where his castle is, even if it is a bit... Dilapidated."
  17. Sequence thought for a moment more. "... Perhaps it may be time to bother him then. I believe he'd agree that this is an important enough circumstance, don't you?"
  18. "Is he trapped in the timeless unreal space as well?"
  19. Sequence scratched her chin thoughtfully. "Would it be possible to perhaps make a new machine, activate it, and send it through in the same manner as your 'rovers'? Or maybe leave the machine in real space, and have it deliver the stream of time into unreal space?"
  20. "The machine?" Sequence looked thoughtful. "I... I do not recall... But certainly there must be some way to repair it! Or even just free those trapped there." She seemed very eager to help. "What happens to somebody when they attempt to enter unreal space, now that the time has stopped flowing there?"
  21. Sequence looked at the inspector, another chair appearing for him. "I... I see... Everything that can be broken can be fixed, one way or another, but you say there isn't enough time? Time before what?"
  22. Sequence frowned again. "But your intentions were good. Surely this machine can be fixed, can't it?"
  23. Sequence frowned, scooting her chair a bit closer. "Oh dear... What... What happened?"
  24. Just a random little thing:

Recently, I have been absolutely dazzled by pencils. Writing with them, sketching and drawing with them, and just using them in general. I don't know exactly why, but just the way they leave marks on paper and the feeling and the sight and just... the entire sensation of writing with a pencil on paper. It's amazing! I can't write enough! :D I've been taking so many physical notes for both lectures and my work, and it's just very enjoyable.

Once again, I've no clue why. I've almost always preferred digital notes, and with both my shakiness from my medication and my poor handwriting and hypertense grip, writing has been annoying, but now I just love it!

Felt the need to share. You should all try writing on physical paper with physical pencils sometime! :P

I'm the same way, but with fountain pens. I dearly wish I could love pencils the same way but they're like nails on a chalkboard to me.
