    It's officially Christmastime. Time for hymns and the New Testament and lights and family :3 

    Oh, and for those who don't know, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints does this thing called Light the World every December, and in a nutshell, it's basically different little service ideas to do every day before Christmas. You can do them even if you're not a member of the church, they're just wholesome - they have a list of ideas, too, and a few items from there are things like "Let a stranger go ahead of you in line" or "Give your neighbor a compliment". Long story short, I'd recommend checking it out. :)

    So, I'm planning on participating in the Ookla season this year, and I'm trying to figure out what to put as my username. I want the last word to have something to do with my namesake (the Liahona), and I was considering something like "Guide" or "Navigator". Any thoughts?

    When your friend is talking about Romeo and Juliet, specifically the scene where the messenger is despairing because he can't read and asks Romeo for help (who responds, jokingly, that he also cannot read) and you're completely unsurprised because somewhere in the back of your mind you were thinking that, as a man, of course he wouldn't read.

    So far, I've read very few of what are traditionally considered classics. I've read a Tale of Two Cities and Pride and Prejudice, but I need to read more. I recently bought a book with all of Jane Austen's works, and I'm excited to read it all.

    Perhaps I have an unpopular opinion, but I actually enjoyed Princess Academy more than the Books of Bayern. Both are very well done, though.

    1) Fascinating! I didn't know about that, that's hilarious. 2) I can respect that, though I'm more of a starfish person myself. 3) Excellent books; excellent answers.

    Yes, many. How many? I'll leave that as a mystery. That's a really good question. I guess I'd choose... Mercy? Maybe Cultivation. I definitely wouldn't choose Odium, though that's kind of an answer to be expected. XD
