thanks, but for 3 i was wondering if their in a city, or a forest or something, just like generic areas, not what shardworld or planet their on. also, this is a little mind-bloggling because there are to many variables, like the radiant might soulcast something into metal which would be a big mistake

related question, what race are the characters, because on the covers it shows kaladin and other alethi characters as white, but fanart shows them as much more tan or dark skinned, and it's so frustrating

just going to ask some clarifying questions 1. is the year of preparation preparing for a fight, or just playing with the abilities? 2. are they at all aware of the opponents capabilities? 3. whats the setting of the battle, because if its in a city then the fight may or may not (depending on how fast one of them die) differ from a flat plain 4. could we establish who is holding each ability, because their actions will depend on their personality 5. you don't necessarily have to answer this, but why are we having this conversation, i mean i haven't even read mistborn (but i do know more then the average person who hasn't read it, i lost my no spoiler policy regarding it) and know a full offensive fullborn would destroy said radiant unless the radiant lashed away really fast and developed a strategy EDIT: actually after thinking a bit i realize that the radiant might have a chance if they can soulcast the fullborn or something, but still, these are questions that need answering

i think that the fused didn't use anti-light for the dagger, but it just sucked his soul into the gemstone, but the difference between jezrians imprisonment and BAM's is that they used a bondsmith for BAM, possibly to connect them to the gemstone, so that they wouldn't fade away, but using raysium was unstable and severed connections instead of binding them to the gem

i hope that Navani's oaths will relate to uniting humans, singers, and spren, because of her relationship to Raboniel, but that would leave little room for future bondsmith oaths, and might be too much

lets just ignore fullborns and bondsmiths, because fullborns are overpowered and we don't know enough about bondsmiths but they are also OP, i mean they could probably steal a fullborns connection to a metalmind, so, until later, just leave them be

i looked at a meme, and laughed at it, but i looked up the definition of a word to understand the meme better, but my brain was still in laugh mode, and so i laughed at the definition for no reason, then i laughed at the fact that i laughed at the definition as much as the actual meme

granted, @Hoiditthroughthegrapevine picks your bane, because his banes are incredible, and i can't think of a good one i wish for us to legitimately establish some rules, starting with punishment for not making a wish when you grant one, because that just gets so confusing.

i'm thinking really hard on this and i'm not sure, i don't like characters dying, but even thinking logically, not a lot of characters are actual options. i have more thoughts but, i don't want to shut down or dominate this thread, so i'll just note that no one in bridge 4 will die, because the 2 most important characters (rock and teft) from here are out of the story, and plenty have died unmentioned anyway, i'll honor the thread 1. Balat. reason: the Ghostbloods threatened shallan's family when she rejected them, and shallan laughed in their face about how they couldn't do anything to her family. how: soon after shallan gets back to Urithiru, she meets up with her family and an assassin shoots at balat, but misses, making them aware of the assassin. as shallan searches for them they blow-dart balat in the neck.

i mean, not a ton of new orders, but it would be interesting. i must ask, how can you not keep track of them? the only thing i can't keep track of (radiant-wise)is the difference between the surges of cohesion and tension

this is an interesting thing to note. i thought that the vessel and shard would mold each other, instead of the shard just changing the vessel, because rayse was mostly unchanged, so the shard might have gone from passion to odium, but this kinda denies the possibility of this. this was still not likely because of how changed ati was, but i still thought it could hold true.

i'm pretty sure this won't happen, but i really want more orders of radiants, with different surge combos

depends on the battlefield, if your in the shattered plains for instance...

all the surges appear in the physical realm. with transformation, over time things erode, or decay, or change in other ways. with transportation, thats just movement, and i'm pretty sure that KR with it can "teleport" in the same way as the pursuer. and adhesion has been spoken for, but i'm pretty sure dalinar was able to reattach a statue in thaylenah.

i'll just say, i get really sad when a character lasts one book, and then dies, especially with a likable, well written character like Raboniel.

on the coppermind it notes that with hemelurgy you could spike some one's boon and bane from the nightwatcher, and could also(but with more difficulty) steal just one. then, if you got a ton of loyal people, have them get nice boons from the nightwatcher, and have them wait while you spike them

i'm both looking forward to this, and not, because it'll be a big mash-up with all the characters, but it'll be long in the future, and some of my favorite characters will be long dead
