  1. From a physics standpoint it wouldn't make sense Imo just give the thing mass but make it have a counterforce upwards if you want it to feel lighter, like a lashing type of thing
  2. So are you suggesting a force similar to friction, that utilizes an opposition to motion to function? Or maybe a separate pushing force equal to gravity? But that'll mean that it'll stay at a constant velocity when thrown up or down, which gets jank quickly. And because it's mass is so miniscule, the friction is to, since force of friction is related to coefficient of friction multiplied by the normal force, in most cases gravity multiplied by mass. As mass approaches zero, the friction forces will too. Meaning it'll be real hard to hold, I think, and will have a tendency to go flying off.
  3. If they don't have mass, then what are they? Energy? Mass is concentration of atoms.
  4. Weight is a vector but in general it doesn't go negative- mostly because negative would imply either a push or a direct, stronger opposite pull
  5. *Desolation does threatening things in the distance*
  6. "Hello. I'm currently still stuck inside of your Plotblade." The Moment-narrator says. "I'm here now because I've manifested myself through emotions." "I'm a screwed up version of a narrator. I need you to help me." The thing says, and then within moments, and then viscerally explodes (loudly hint hint) into yellow paint. In Cricket's hands, Moment (the blade) glows faintly yellow, and pulses warmth. I'm going to sleep now :((( The other people should hear the explosion though.
  7. Yes It's going to be temporary, though. The narrator is still stuck in the blade, just drawn out by emotion.
  8. "I would never." The character's hand started glowing, and then put the hand into Cricket's chest. Within moments, every emotion was drawn out of Cricket. Every emotion, fueling the thing Moment used to be. Fueling a Narrator. The person stood there, still a yellow silhouette, but this time wearing a Jacket. "Hello Cricket." Moment-narrator said, "I'm glad we can finally talk, now that I'm out of that blade."
  9. "It will make you feel nothing for only a few moments."
  10. "It won't. I promise." The silhouette reached out to Cricket. "I once existed. I once was real. I once... I once... I once felt."
  11. Is this the same spot where Cricket is? The shadow brought up their blade to fight paused. "Make me real, Cricket. Make me exist. Make me a Character."
  12. The shadow rushed towards cricket, swinging in a downward arc. It slashed in front of cricket, just inches from their face, and then brought the thing down. A Rainbow glittering slash persisted in front of cricket, in the exact place where the blade had slashed. It was razor sharp too "You get the first move."
  13. Don't we all? I am just an emotion. I am just a byproduct of how you feel. The silhouette summoned an exact replica of Moment as a sword. Additionally, an exact replica of Moment appeared in Cricket's hand. "I challenge you to the Trial of the Character."
  14. What does it mean? How are you... A character? What makes you a character and myself not?
