  1. ayyyyyyyy I'm not, that's like, kind of a speech league, right? I feel like I've heard of it.
  2. The Shadow eyed the man distrustfully. He had turned his back to her, so he obviously trusted her not to kill him before, yet why did he now change his mind? Could it be he was just trying to be gentlemanly, or at the very least, put on a show of being gentlemanly? Perhaps he was, but the Shadow was not willing to put herself into a vulnerable position... again. "Actually I do mind, please, before me," she said coldly.

  6. You are not an idiot. There is no such thing as an idiotic person. There are idiotic actions, yes, we're all learning and getting better at that, but don't let your actions become your identity. What you do is not who you are. What you do may be influenced by who you are, but it does not define who you are. Do not let yourself become defined by your actions. (I'm sorry if you're not religious and this makes you uncomfortable, but these are just my thoughts on the mater) Who you are is exactly the way that God wanted you to be. He made every single little quirk and characteristic of your personality, just the way it's supposed to be. God does not create idiots. We can sometimes do idiotic and stupid things that make us look bad, but when it comes down to it, our personality and who we actually are was crafted directly by God himself. Meh, it's up and down. Pretty good though. All of my siblings are coming home for the holidays, which means 9 people living in our house, which will be increased gradually to 13 by the time Christmas gets here. I'm so happy to have them home, this is usually the best time of the year because of that.

  8. Something very funny happened in the Geometry class today (I help the Geometry teacher teach sometimes, another story for another time. The Geometry teacher, Mr. M, had brought donuts for the class before because they had, I don’t know, gotten good grades or something. So it was passing period between the class before Geometry, and Geometry. The Geometry students were filtering in, and one of them noticed one leftover donut, so, he nervously asked if he could get a donut. (this is one of my favorite teachers) Mr. M affixed his eyes in an intense stare at the student, and said in a serious and dark tone, “On one condition. You may have the donut if I throw it as hard as I can at you.” The student, stood there for an awkward moment, before procuring an nervous smile and forcing out, “U-hm, sure.” Mr. M picked up the donut, wound up, and yeeted the donut at the student as hard as he possibly could. FWAPP The donut hit the student’s shirt, the quiet yet thunderous sound resounding through the classroom. The student looked at the donut for the second it was stuck to his shirt due to the velocity (though it was starting to peel off), and then looked up at Mr. M. FASHUMP The donut fell from the student’s shirt onto the floor, leaving a circle of glaze on the fabric. Somebody in the back coughed; everyone’s attention was on this student, Mr. M, and the donut. The student nervously picked up the donut and returned to his seat. For the rest of class, the student nibbled the donut down to the ring of the donut that had touched the ground, what was more like a thin disk of germy donut, and threw away the disk on his way out of class.

  11. Fox perked up hearing her name, before realizing, they were just talking about the silver fox again. It would seem Fox had some competition.
  12. Fox stayed by the edges of the group, watching and waiting. She would go where father went, no question about it, but where would he go, that would be the question...
  13. The Shadow eyed the man shrewdly, but with a bit of humor glinting in her darkened eyes. "Well?" She asked impatiently.
  14. I'm sorry Ene! I will hide those posts to clear up this thread a little.
  15. Actually did you know the reason they shorten it to Xmas? X originates from the Greek letter Chi, which is the first letter of the Greek word Christós, so sometimes in history they would... nevermind, sorry for geeking out for a second @Ookla the Shadowed My family has the same pickle tradition! There was one year that we actually lost the ornament, so we hid a real pickle. Ours is also much more competitive (because this is what my family does to everything). Usually it's a couple dollars is the prize, or something from dollar tree, but we will fight for that pickle! As most of my family are adults now, the pickle gets more and more... extravagant every year. Last year it took us three weeks to find the darn thing. We also make sugar cookies and have a big decorating party sometime during the December month. Every single year, a big argument goes down about whether we should but the angel on the tree, or the star on the tree, though at this point we've had the argument so many times that it's not a real argument. I think only once or twice have people gotten upset, usually it's just humorous stuff. The funniest part is that the main argument is "what we did last year", but no one can remember what we did the year before. The people arguing for the angel usually say, "We totally did the star last year, we've given in to you guys a couple times lately!" and the star people always say, "we never do the star! We always do the angel! The last time we did the star was when we lived in Colorado!" As you can probably guess, the angel usually wins. We hide our presents for most of December, and then the night before Christmas we set an alarm for the middle of the night, and sneak out and put our presents under the tree so that when we wake up, the presents are all underneath. We are very very very sneaky. All of us girls make Cinnamon Rolls with our great-grandma's recipe the night before, and let them rise overnight. On Christmas morning we stuff ourselves with those cinnamon rolls as we wait for the family to gather. My Dad always tells the christmas story right before the gift giving. We have a very organized way of opening presents, most Christmases in our house go into the afternoon. We all open our stockings at the same time, announcing anything that is really cool, and then we get to the bigger gifts. We start with the youngest in the family (me), but instead of getting presents for me to open, I get one present that's for anyone in the family but me or the next oldest sibling (for efficiency reasons). I deliver it to them, and while their opening it, the next oldest sibling (my brother) goes and gets the next present. Again, for anyone in the family but him or the next oldest. He holds the present in his lap while the person who just opened their gift announces it to the family, who it's from, maybe tells a story about why they got that gift, and then thanks the person who gave it to them. Then they throw the wrapping paper at our TV which is playing a video of a fireplace (this is a very vital part of our traditions). It keeps going like that, with people getting presents for each other from under the tree. Normally we take a fifteen minute break at lunch to clean up all the wrapping paper, put away the presents we've gotten, and put out the snack bar - little sausages, cheese, crackers, and black olives. Then we finish opening the presents in the afternoon.

  19. I have returned! I have been extremely sick since Saturday, and have almost had to go to the hospital multiple times, but I am all good! I have been too sick up until this point to do much other than sleep and read and play among us , walking from my bed to the light switch did not produce the most favorable of results, and my computer is even farther away.

I will try to get to my RPs one at a time, I am sorry it took me so long, and I will probably have to lay down soon (so I won't be here long, or at least I shouldn't be here long). I will be more active on discord probably than here because it's on my phone (I haven't been the last couple of days bc I felt too sick for any social interaction) but now I think I am getting better, so YaY!

If I say something that doesn't make any sense at all, just ignore it, it's probably because of me being sick and I get strange when I'm sick sooo..... yeah

  20. What's my claim to fame? When I think Chasmgoat, I think goofy (in all the right ways), kind, and skilled (animation like Experience mentioned earlier).
