    I go back and forth on that. I like learning. My current place of education, not so much. TPBM likes improvising on the piano.

    My family is watching Andor, and it's been really great so far! I straight up forgot that it was sci-fi for a bit there, which is a compliment. The show feels quite grounded.

    Not today, but quite recently; I bought Tales From The Perilous Realm! It's a collection of Tolkien's non-Middle-earth stuff, like Roverandom and Farmer Giles of Ham. I'm so excited to read it!

    I don't know if I have one. I like really plain fare when it comes to my meals. Have you ever gotten absurdly excited over minor maintenance of your area's roads?

    Not particularly. I don't usually think too much about the cover, unless it's noticeably questionable. Or noticeably awesome. What is the best book cover ever, in your opinion?

    I bust out the occasional sketch for Tolkien's Legendarium and the Cosmere. TPBM went to the library today.

    Pretty solidly okay. I wore my cloak everywhere today, so that was fun. I should have meaningful conversations with people though. How many times have you slept on a couch?

    Eh, I'm getting better at doing things on time. I do like a good bout of doing nothing when there are only little quick things that need to be done, though. Do you like snow or rain more?

    Asphalt. I don't like how it sounds. If you could change the meaning of one word in the English language, what would it be changed to and why?

    I 'won' the title of 'read the most books in a semester' last year. I can usually get through three or four books a week. It depends on how much I like a book, or how bored I'll be if I'm not reading. I don't know how to make this not pretentious, sorry. Do you like warm or cool colors more?

    Was chugging my way through taking notes on the songs on my music class's playlist, when I arrived at Movement Four of the New World Symphony and said out loud, 'yo, this is legit!' So anyway, now I have to listen to the whole symphony, this stuff is awesome.

    Sort of, my sense of humor has a lot of rough edges since I don't get social cues all the time. TPBM wants to hug a big dog.

    Big Iron by Marty Robbins. I don't know why, but when I'm in a Mood, that makes me feel better. How do you like to make friends?

    The absolute whiplash I felt when I went to the next song on my required listening playlist for my music class, and it was Fur Elise, by Ludwig von Beethoven (190 songs I have to know the names and composers of, ah!) and it was primarily flute.

    It was actually a pretty neat version, I'm just used to Fur Elise being For Piano, it just is.

    While I have ya here, why do you think colonel is spelled like it is, but pronounced like it is?

      Colonel is french which is why none of the letters are actually pronounced the way they look

    I finished In The Shadow Of Lightning, and Proven Guilty, the next Dresden book. In The Shadow Of Lightning kind of dragged for a while, but then it picked up, so I think I'm going to read the next book whenever it comes out. Next up, Vespertine, Strangelets, Fortress Draconis, and Tales From the Perilous Realm.

    Not so badly, today. TPBM has compared where they live to Scadrial, Era One, environment-wise.
