  1. Yeah, but the fact that Avada Kedavra is irreversible in the books isn't built into the spell. It's just because they do not have any magic which can bring back the dead. We do, in the cosmere have such magic. (For certain values of dead, of course)
  2. I know. How are things going with you Vapor? Emi misses you
  3. Reverse lashings are not stronger than basic lashings, as far as I know, and Kaladin used multiple of them to rip Pursuers head off. The additional problem with this is that it gives the ammunition only a small distance to accelerate. Eg. if your railgun is a meter long, you'll need 2000 lashings to get the thing up to 200m/s (assuming each lashing is 10m/s^2)
  4. Hello Zen! This is a meme referring two of the people on this website, @I Am A Fishand @Aon Ene. Well, it became a running joke to say that you were scared of Ene (Who is awesome and pretty) and so hence the meme.
  5. Inside of you are two wolves. One is a five year old, and the other is a grandma. You are Hen
  6. Hmm, this stuff just depends upon how small a you can make a ruby and still fit the spren in it. I don't think what I think you are saying would work with a large ruby.
  7. You can just use normal lashings, though? I don't know why you want to use a reverse lashing. Just lash a small thing multiple times in a direction, boom, instant bullet
  8. VAPORRRR, Hello! Hehe, I won for 7 hours during the night
  9. I don't think this is in the right direction at all. By what basis would you call Gravitation a surge of Honor and Cultivation? What about Illumination?
  10. Yes. For every point P, we can take points W X Y Z, and points A B C D as such: So, we have 4 squares, and adding the equations for each of those we get 4*f(P) + 2*( f(W) + f(X) + f(Y) + f(Z) ) + ( f(A) + f(B) + f(C) + f(D) ) = 0 Since the second term and the third term also represent squares, their sum is also 0. Thus, 4*f(P) = 0 => f(P) = 0 Hence, proved. This isn't exactly right, because the probabilities of the second ace are not independent of the first. So, P(bad) = (2/3)*(23/35) = (46/105) ~ 0.438. Which implies that there is a 56.2% chance your partner has at least one of them. Similarly, when you need two different cards, P(bad) = 2*(2*23/3*35) - (2*23*22*21/3*35*34*33) ~ 0.696 Thus, there is a 30.4% chance that your partner has at least one of both of them.
  11. I love this. I've read books too. This is practically what happened honestly.
  12. What I can't figure out if this is funnier if it was said by a religious person or a yaoi person or someone who disliked both. (Aka we want to know more about this)
  13. I can't help it! She's so cute and adorable and I keep going dkjsabfhbvsjkdvsjhfvfnvjfkb
