  1. I don't understand how you expect people can distinguish truth from fiction when they are coming from the same place.
  2. But doesn't soulcasting depend upon mass? If so, then density doesn't matter.
  3. Why would anti-Tungsten be best?
  4. Wasing the late of joining?
  5. I have glasses because apparently I read in the dark too much. Also(x)
  6. Storms... its just a mention. No wonder I didn't think much of it.
  7. What is the Shifting Colors? I don't remember reading about in the graphic novel, neither does it have a coppermind entry.
  8. All of these are wrong. The character has adopted a child.
  9. Both are wrong. This character is not actually, or ever was an animal.
  10. This character is associated with an animal.
  11. Is this about the web serial? i have of heard of it but hadn't got around to reading it.
  12. But then where is the little cognitive presence? Also Jasnah soulcasting is weird, she uses a lot of effects about which we have no idea.(Eg, sending a transformation down a line of soldiers)
  13. You know all the steps but you will always fumble the last one. I wish for the power to manipulate all wishes.
  14. Where is the bead for air? We see air being soulcasted many times, however how is air represented by beads? Are there many smaller beads spread out? Or is there a more subtle explanation? I am just confused because there is no interaction shown with a bead of air. Also, if there are many beads of air, how much air does each bead represent?
  15. I am just chiming in to say that Bohr's interpretation is certainly wrong. There is no way that there could be unknown variables involved. This can be most easily seen with polarization. Two crossed polarizer do not let any light pass through them, but if we add another polarizer not crossed in between light can pass through the combination. The only explanation of this using missing variables uses violates Special Relativity. (Check out Bell's Theorem) So unless you can throw out Special Relativity, the Copenhagen Interpretation or Many-Worlds is probably correct.
  16. I think that Elhokar while not morally bad was still a bad king because he had ABSOLUTELY NO leadership ability. As he says at the end of Words of Radiance, whatever he did would be the wrong decision.
  17. This clearly says that they were not manifesting fully, ergo they must also be in the Cognitive Realm.
  18. Syl is clearly a special case since she is not a subspren. Also, the windspren almost manifest completely in the Physical Realm, unlike the gloryspren of which we could only see the heads.
  19. After he created a perpendicularity, all bets are off. But, Renarin and Jasnah see swarms of spren floating towards Dalinar. These spren atleast should have been visible in Shadesmar.
  20. Hardly, spren manifest only partly in the Physical Realm. The complete spren is still in the Cognitive Realm. I think this is shown in one of Rocks chapters.
  21. Near the end of Oathbringer, a bunch of gloryspren appears around Dalinar. The same area is then seen in the cognitive realm in Kaladin's POV. However, there are no gloryspren in the cognitive realm. Is this an error, or is something different happening here?
  22. I have I think. The only ones that might be left are the unpublished ones. I liked Emperor's Soul best by far.
  23. I am currently suspending decision until we find more about willshapers. They seem cool.
