  1. Umm... does that mean we have to lynch Lotus or lose? Lotus is still my main suspect, but at this point my judgement should not be the Village’s deciding factor...
  2. Poller looked between the two. NullBlade and the Anarchist. An interesting combination. "Ah... yeah. Pseudonyms are fine, so long as they're common enough to find you again," he said, ducking over to one of the ammunition shelves. "... Anarchist, is it? How many bullets do you need? We can sell both aluminum and lead, or another metal if you'd like. 1 chrysts per 10 bullets, 2 chrysts per 10 aluminum bullets. I'll see if I can find a curvy knife as well." "As for your order, NullBlade, that will probably need to wait for Ms. Adama to come back with her Soulcaster. I'm not very good with metalurgy yet, and while I could probably jury-rig something it wouldn't be really sellable."
  3. Good point Striker - I think I forgot Reading’s death and thought there were more players than there actually are. Are there 10? (Reads) no, there are 9. My brain missed a cycle. Derp. Truthwatcher, if there are four elims, their hammer hits with four votes, meaning we need five votes to guaruntee a lynch on the right target. Assuming if we pick a target the Elims will initially vote for them, that means we need nine votes to ensure the lynch goes where we want. Which gives us absolutely no room for error. Or, essentially what Striker said. ... Or, since no one should be voting for themselves, we may just be dead anyway. Depends how bad my reasoning and counting skills are. I’ve edited this post way too much without actually posting it...
  4. Where do people propose game ideas? I have an idea for a Roshar game that I think would be cool. I know I’m way too new at this to GM a game, but working to design one would be fun to do!
  5. Lotus - While I get that reading through all the last minute posts is hard, it’s more an excuse than a reason. Your vote came a good three minutes after reset, I think. (I had something else I said here but mobile copy-paste ate it, so... yeah.) ... Still, the Elims do have a motive to have tried to hammer yesterday. Even if one person who hammered successfully to change the lynch was almost universally excepted as an Elim, we need everyone to agree, or else a hammer goes off. Even if this lynch is successful, that still leaves 6 Villagers to 3 Elims. Not good odds. And your actions are very close to a hammer. May change my mind in the morning, but for now I’m sticking on Lotus.
  6. Yeah, this is probably Lylo, unless there's secretly only one "Obligator" who's an Inquisitor or something... Okay, I want to know what Lotus was up to. Devotary flipped Village, so it's less certain of being a hammer gone wrong, but this is still REALLY weird, and I could see the Elims pocketing an experienced player through a new one.
  7. Now THIS is going to need some explaining in an hour or so.
  8. I mean, if it's either Vapor or me, I can support a Vapor lynch! (Kidding... mostly.) WHAT IS GOING ON. I'm trying to make a joke post and I get ninja'd five times.
  9. Huh? Oh, Eternum swapped to... Vapor? Edit: Lotus, the thing with "last minute" is that SE does it.... with less than a minute remaining
  10. Umm... huh? Can you translate that for me please? That doesn’t make any sense to my brain. Hour to reset, folks.
  11. Aaagh! I was writing another analysis post on my computer and now I can’t post it!!! (Well, I can post it, but not until an hour before reset. It’s a long semi-personal story, but TL:DR I can’t access my computer right now. I just got a new laptop, though, so hopefully this only affects this game.) So I’ll just go with what I can see. The thoughts around Mint are confusing me. The last two rounds everyone wanted to lynch Mint but for little in discernable reason. Now, so many people have some suspicion of Elim!Mint but nobody’s voted for her. (Well, Striker did, but he moved to Devotary.) I don’t really know if Mint is being suspicious, but the sheer number of theories that depend on her alignment are telling. That being said, we really can’t afford a mislynch here. We have eleven players now, with five (or four) being elims. If there are five, we need to be united in our votes, but I can’t help but notice that Devotary already said this, and the voters have seemingly taken her advice and decided to unite in lynching... Devotary. That just doesn’t make much sense. Voting Mint for now. Vapor, why are you voting for Devotary?
  12. "I'm fine with going. I've been away from the shop for a while, though, so I can't take too long," Cassie replied.
  13. Poller looked between the newcomer and the... old-comer. The first customer had a bracelet that went through his wrist that he wanted replicated. The second wanted bullets and weapons. He hesitated. "Umm... well, we don't carry bracelets like this. Ms. Adama can definitely replicate it, but the only other suggestion I can have is to weld some aluminum bullets to the bracelet so it can... uh... do that." He turned to the new customer. "We don't carry explosives, but aluminum and lead bullets should be easy. Although, what's a kris? Aside from being a dagger. Are there any special things I should look for, uh..." He realized that he had no idea who anyone here was. "Uh... do I have names for your orders? I'll need one for you if you need a Soulcasting order." Oh Cassie, where are you?
  14. Tyrian stared at Silas. He looked like a king, although more of a king by commerce then conquest. It was a large difference then his appearance in the van. "You left me behind... to change your clothes," he growled. His crystal growth had busted out of the straightjacket easily, far before he had vanished. His fists clenched. "You have a... proposition," he said coldly. "What is it?"
  15. Raow was Hemalurgically modified by Darson, not AraRaash. I think I made him before my conversion. He may show up again, though.
  16. Faleast: wait a minute... Well, it would have been slightly hilarious to get a Steelrunner or Soulbearer spike that would be really powerful but impossible for me to use
  17. For that matter, what were the other abilities of the spikes and medallions? My Nicroburst spike was the only successful purchase, and the Soulbearer role was conspicuously missing...
  18. Two double posts in a row... nice. But semi understandable.
  19. Yeah, that post from Mist isn’t moving my vote anywhere. So here’s some analysis (beware, I couldn’t get to my computer so here goes a large post from mobile): Striker: The one I’ve previously analyzed. My main suspicion of Striker was from him so heavily pushing a TJ lynch, but he’s admitted that he’s been tunneling now and I doubt TJ will get lynched soon. What is interesting is that he almost got lynched last cycle, being one vote short of tying with Ventyl. (At first I though he did tie with Ventyl, but Mint had moved a vote off him). I feel like Me and Devotary (maybe Straw?) voted Striker just to not vote on the Ventyl or Mint wagons, but it’s something to look for. Analysis: neutral, but TJ’s alignment could give some clues to Striker’s. TJ: I’m mainly gut reading TJ as Village for now, as he’s acting in a similar analysis role as last game and he does raise a lot of good points. He just seems to be coming under a lot of fire by a lot od people. However, intentionally or not, he’s been leading lynches alongside Straw and Fifth (TJ started/led the Mint train, Fifth led the Ventyl train, Straw (?) led the Striker train). It seems like TJ would prefer that not to be the case, as would I, but that’s not really in his control unless something shady is going on. Analysis: Village lean (probably my best), but if more lynches follow his reasoning that may shift. (Yes, I know I’m voting for the same one as TJ, and for the same reasons, but I agree with TJ/Vapor’s reasoning. Mist still has given no real reads for her votes. I’m looking to avoid people just voting on who TJ (or anyone) voted on without giving a reason for their own.) Straw: From what I can see, one of the better and more experienced analysis players. At least in the beginning he analyzed almost every post made and wanted to make votes based on reason rather than randomness. He also really inquires why people are suspicious of others, especially himself. AFAIK this is just how Straw works, as it matches with his playstyle in the games I’ve looked over, but IDK how else a lynch is supposed to start D1. He’s also the first to post reads, and led a semi-wagon on Striker (I doubt intentionally, but it was there). Analysis: slight Village, but plays with offense is a good defense. Bonus: Straw and Fifth immediately went at each other, at least in their reads and their game strategies if not in accusations of Eliminator-ship. I don’t really know what that means, but if that’s unusual for Straw-Fifth interactions that may be worth looking at. Fifth’s giant posts are hard to read through on mobile... ...Okay, ninja’d by a lot of people, including Mist again, so I’ll stop here. Next should be Mist, Fifth, Mint, Lotus, and maybe Devotary.
  20. In light of recent events, I’ll be playing as Brightlord Faleast, an old man who may or may not be a Cognitive Shadow stuck to a kandra. ... and may or may not really want to avoid meeting Pyria Young again... Depending on the havoc this would cause the timestream, I may or may not change my mind
  21. Because I didn’t see it as an opprotunity to save an Elim, I saw it as something that could get me killed. If I RB’d his Augur action, suddenly I look suspicious for going along with it and filing the action. Plus, at that point I DID want to kill you, which meant I didn’t want Mage interfering. I believed you were the last tineye but I thought you were Village. My plan had been to reveal myself into the thread and get an Elim to PM me so we could coordinate and maybe set up codes, then kill you and shut down PMs so the village would have to coordinate visibly. That plan went way off the rails. Once TJ found Mist’s trail I PM’d her and revealed myself privately, but I had badly guessed the Elims position: I thought that Mist had a way to not lose her Thug skill from TJ, with a Vest or something, but I had also thought the 6th Elim was Lahilt or Karnage. Turns out all my blackmail information was worthless anyway, and so Mist didn’t tell me what I wanted to know, and, well, you know the rest.
  22. I will say, @Mist was in the same endgame stickyness as me in LG66 (perhaps a bit more so), so that could explain her lack of previous analysis. However, that game is done now, so if Mist’s silence continues it would be my best lead. So Mist, until / unless she starts to contribute to discussion. Speaking of which, I’ll get a read post in as soon as I can access my computer and start viewing multiple threads.
  23. I feel like if an Aes Sedai uses (mostly) the One Power to attack and the Warder uses (mostly) his fighting skill, that kinda balances in a 2v1 against say, a combative 3rd Oath Radiant, who can use both physical Shardblade attacks and invested Surge attacks. But I’ve only read The Eye of the World so that may be completely wrong...
  24. Seven hours left in the cycle and we have three posts? Really? LG66 is finally done, so I should be able to do more analysis posts once I get off mobile, but I’m a little busy IRL right now.
