  1. Extremely beneficial to the elims. That’s the world I’m living in. That’s my concern. But the decision has been made, so it doesn’t matter at this stage.
  2. I think that’s the worst anyone’s ever mis tone read me before lol Kas is never evil here, he’s just pocketed. I think not looking at an e!SB world is stupid. From my PoV, the e!SB world must be critical enough to be worrisome, and I just wish I wasn’t the only one who’s worried. I’m totally fine. It’d be dumb not to be resigned to this. But if y’all trust that you won’t lose tomorrow, it won’t be my fault if you do
  3. If you think I’m implying that Kas is e or that I don’t know how much Kas has put in the game you’re dead wrong on both counts lol Too late in that me being falsely accused here means the elims likely think they can win today/tomorrow. Otherwise they wouldn’t have faked this thing.
  4. My point is that I’m worried next turn is too late. I guess Kas & Co decided it was worth the risk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ would have liked to be in that conversation but it’s understandable I wasn’t That’s not how credibility works but okay :P.
  5. The cycle ends in an hour. I’m not asking for a threadbrawl. I’m dead, you’ve made that plenty clear. I’m asking to know the SB. To know the elim. Because I want to go through possibilities too. You said yourself that was my duty as someone misaccused— to do what I can to help the village as I go out. I’ve been unable to do this as you’ve kept me in the dark.
  6. If you’re that worried about elim power at this stage why are you not even considering that your SB is lying?
  7. Oh yeah second place Aeoryi Cause Kas says he doesn’t want it
  8. That’s what I’m doing. A. is clearly already done— when people think they’ve caught someone, there’s no surer path than a tunnel. Don’t pretend that the vast majority of your 180 on me wasn’t the alleged RB. Last turn I was in your top village reads because I showed you I was village. Speaking of, that’s the other weird thing. Why on earth does a SB block me? That doesn’t even make sense. I was virtually mass village read. But with A. done, B. is precisely what I’m doing by trying to figure out who the SB is. Clearly there’s a plan here. Their identity is key to it. Their death screws with it. I don’t mind dying here as long as they do too. Exe them, shoot me, vice versa, whatever. If you’re not willing to let the thread decide between the two of us, then at least decide both. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to “work to ensure potential elim pathways to profit are blocked” beyond that.
  9. It doesn’t really matter if you’re not convinced. Not putting the SB on equal grounds as me is a bad move. It’s me or them, except you’ve placed them at an advantage point. Identity doesn’t matter in a situation like this. We need to know who the SB is or we’re letting the elims steamroll us here.
  10. Hey Kas Can you not blatantly ignore me You know as well as I how costly not reevaluating is
  11. Aight pretty sure this is what happened: Obviously, I'm not evil, so obviously, this is exlo-- no other reason the SB would lie here. Assuming 3 elims, it's 6-3. Because they're pulling this gambit, the Skybreaker must have access to Division, which means that exeing me + a Division kill + the elim kill puts it at 3-3 on a baseline. Elims win at outnumber so that's not an automatic win but given how the SB is obviously trusted and in the know they simply know some other way that they're confident in their win. Whether that's access to vote manip to win the exe tomorrow, or knowledge of other roles (we did have a random other Division kill, which I guess could be the SB but doesn't have to be), they are confident. Otherwise they wouldn't claim this. Given how many roles there are, that makes perfect sense. Other thing: e!SB also just makes a lot of sense distro-wise. I'm an Edgedancer, which at first seems like a lot of village protect power, but an elim with Division and a RB balances that quite nicely. It's better balanced than two village SBs, at least. Which is why it's of upmost importance that @Kasimir tell us who the Skybreaker is-- the game may depend on it. At the very least you'd be supplying the rest of the village with a fair choice between us. It's easy to gauge which of Mat and the unnamed RB looks more evil, but you're inadvertently giving the elims the upper hand in this argument. It's not your fault, obviously, and the tradition of killing the blocked first and the blocker second is a typically a good one. It just doesn't work here because of how many roles and abilities are flying around. This mistake is costly.
  12. Okay yeah there’s no way Wit is evil actually lol Also, huh. Things make more sense now Namely, why Kas 180d on me so fast. Have some thoughts on why this is happening but I’ll wait till I get home so I can organize them clearly.
  13. It’s only as much of an obsession as my v read of you, and honestly is less. I have explained this before. Boils down to mainly a few C1 posts where he was more honest than I expect an elim to be, especially a new one. This read isn’t as strong as Archer described it as.
  14. Aeoryi stop sheeping everything I thought we had found each other >>
  15. I actually do agree with that^ I also think I’ve mentioned something earlier along those lines Why do I feel like Archer gaslit me into thinking I had Wit as lock v :|.
  16. I’m not sure what you want me to do. I have four village reads I feel pretty good about, so naturally everyone else becomes my PoE. You’re making my actions seem much worse than they actually are. I’m applying pressure to people to try to solve them, not throwing elim reads at a dartboard to see what sticks. How would you have me play the game if not in that way? Because I think he’s a villager. Again, I’m not sure what you want me to do. I’d defend Kas or Aeoryi or you as well. I also think you’re using the wrong word there— I’m not obsessed, just consistent. There’s a difference. My read hasn’t changed since C1 but that doesn’t qualify as an obsession. It’s not like every other post I mention how village Wit is. …Why is that the implication there. That’s such a passive aggressive line, you’re so tunneling :P. It’s true because I said it and I know my own meta at least that well
  17. This won’t be thorough as I’m on mobile but here are some highlights @Archer — I think you’re overstating the outreach of my reads. I’ve kept a fairly stable top three village core all game, and the only thing I haven’t been open about in our PM is my role, which I think is fair given the large quantity of e reads of you. (Like, I could be wrong and I’m being careful.) Other than that I don’t think I’ve pushed anything dramatic. I don’t want to lose to low active elims and I don’t know how much to sheep Kas. At least I’m not ignoring the slots. — Your second quote of me referring to Stink is actually me referring to Aeoryi — I don’t know why you think it’s reasonable to assume I’m evil for looking at everyone— except only one of my two teammates, who I hardcore defend. The other I… leave out to dry? Those arguments don’t work together. — I actually would have felt bad killing Araris after how badly I misexed him during the LG. I mentioned this earlier and unfortunately there’s no way for me to prove this, but I would not have shot Araris C1 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ — Wanting the boost should be NAI. Regardless, you said that elims wouldn’t want to let the villagers get it. How does that work with me letting the middling people get it, as you call them? Really I was letting you get it. This point feels confbiasy as you’ve set it up in a way that makes me look bad whether I pushed for my promotion or not. Wouldn’t me self voting to gun for the promotion look weirder? — For what it’s worth, I think my C1 reaction to pressure should be read as NAI, as Kas said.
  18. I guess that makes sense? I'm hesitant to consider it because of players like you, Archer, etc who I think are village but are still RPing. You'd RP anyway but Archer is clearly doing it for the ideals and I don't suspect him for that. I think there are players who will just not RP regardless of anything else, and I think those that will RP will do it in either alignment. Our difference here is that you think being elim gives more of an incentive to RP than I do.
  19. The confidence in this post is off-putting to me. Like, you obviously didn't red check me :P. Sorry for noting a behavioral change, I guess? xD Didn't JNV post an all-RP post at EoD yesterday :P. Looks like ideal gunning to me. I find it hard to believe e!Stink or e!Wit RPs 600 words a cycle, as I think not RPing is an NAI thing for them, and you know as well as I do that's not really TJ's thing either, plus he's been afk You can v read them for other reasons of course but this is your friendly reminder not to let your bro read conflate something that isn't really true. If the game were as easy as kill the RPers, we wouldn't be worried about anything.
  20. I mean, I don’t know what else it would be. I’d definitely relook Archer at that point but I certainly don’t go after you or Aeoryi. Everyone else qualifies as low activity / volume. Could at least explain the lack of kill, in the case of no RB/protect. Yes, like two and a half hours late, quoting someone who also was late
  21. Friendly reminder that you can’t post after the GM closes the cycle lol Devo
  22. Reduced to ashes as in, Dustbringer kill and not elim kill? Interesting.
  23. See here You or Aeoryi are good alternatives With you being the obvious choice as you have votes. No idea where the VC is though.
  24. Not to mess with this nice silence we got going on but this is eerily different from last turn, is that just me? Like it's lowkey making me want to vote Wit because that's the easiest explanation for the difference between the two turns. Or vote JNV for only RPing :P.
