Don't be shy everyone, we need to decide who to kill My list is something like this: Actively Won't Kill: Me, Kas, Thaid, Bort, Fifth, Sequence, Szeth(?), Araris Actively Okay With Killing: JNV, Stick(?) Everyone else is various levels of indifference, with a preference of the more inactive people. I wish I could place more people, but as it is that's what I have. Reasons: What's the VC?

My take is that Tani is trying to be chaotic and Thaid is trying to be funny, so NAI all around and pointless all around :P.

Seconding this, to an extent, but I read it more as NAI-leaning-village than straight village. I instinctively dislike Stick offering an alliance with the Thief, but it's probably just NAI :P. I had the same reaction and conclusion to JNV's opening post, actually. The Thief does wear the mask though (Also, not waking up to a new page was an appreciated surprise )

I'm not usually huge advocator of permanent stab votes, so unless something comes up you can bet my vote will change. Just didn't want to pass up on the opportunity :P. I think as long as you have Pewter, you don't have to do anything else to survive an attack. That's what 'passive' typically means, at least. Cadmium has my vote for the most underrated metal, though I think most of its practical use comes late-game when it has a better chance of blocking the kill. It can function as a sort of pseudo-roleblock if you know what to look for.

Right, PMs are open. So, I’ve been playing for almost two years and never have played with v!Fifth. Obviously Fifth is the only vote that makes sense to cast at this present moment. I’d rather not coordinate items during the Day because we could probably reason a few things out based on what people take. The Night may be a different story, but for me personally, I don’t think I’ll ever claim what item I’m taking publicly.

I’d recommend to all the people who said they didn’t read the rules, uh, do that There’s a lot of them, but that’s the point. I should probably take another glance at them myself. Thank goodness :P. I’m glad we won’t have to do a mad dash for them against the entire elim team lol

Halfway through the episode- I think you guys are doing an excellent job at explaining this, by the way- but I do have one (possibly stupid) question. First, my basic understanding: Correct any of these if I'm wrong, please. There's Gold (on the Allomantic table), which lets you see your own past. Then there's Malatium (not on the Allomantic table), an alloy of Gold, that lets you see someone else's past. Gold Mistings can also burn Malatium, because the latter is an alloy of the first. Then we have Electrum (on the Allomantic table) which lets you see your own future. And we have the Atium/Electrum alloy (not on the Allomantic table) which lets you see someone else's future. This is what Vin and Co. was using throughout the series, just calling Atium. Electrum Mistings can also burn this Atium/Electrum alloy, which is why the supposed Atium Mistings were actually Electrum Mistings. The reason this had to be corrected at all was because pure Atium isn't an alloy of Electrum, which caused an inconsistency on the table. We don't know what pure Atium does. Assuming all of that to be true, my question is this: Elend and the Atium (Electrum) Mistings at the end of book 3 burned away what Ruin was trying to use as a sort of body. Why did that metal have the same effect that the Electrum/Atium alloy has? Because I thought that the metal Ruin wanted for his body was pure Atium, not the alloy. The answer very well could be that the pile of metal Elend and the Mistings burned was just the Electrum/Atium alloy, which would be convenient and probably raise a bunch of other questions. But I don't know, and I figure that someone probably does. I'm in the camp of liking this retcon, though. I admit I didn't really even know there was a consistency problem before this episode, which probably adds to why I like it, but I think it makes sense and is more consistent all around.

There's my reads list from before. Italics are new things I added for this post. Do what you want with it, it's what I leave you with if I die. If I had more time I could go back and really look through the votes and probably glean something more from that, but I don't have more time. Time is an interesting thing, isn't it? Like, I've played SE for almost two years which seems o_0 to me like already almost two years, seems like last month when I signed up for MR42 Point in bringing this up is just to say that I regret how I spent my time in this game- I was overly focused on my own survival when my duty is, first and foremost, to the village. I'm just a part of that whole. I think y'all will benefit from my death in that you won't have to focus on me anymore, so there is that. I actually did have fun this game, and it made me think about my playstyle in general which I think is a good thing. What I don't want to see is anyone turning this into a big meta Discussion (TM) or something after the game, or during the game- it's all good, there's absolutely no need to make this bigger than my exe. I don't know if anyone was planning to, or what that discussion would have looked like, but I figured I'd say this before it happened. What happened in C1 stays in C1 Except for votes, reasoning, and hopefully this reads list. Don't auto-vote Stick tomorrow. That's not helpful for anyone. Don't auto vote tomorrow in general. Also don't spend too much time going through my ISO, as has been pointed out, there's not much in there. If you want to know what I thought, this post is the only one you need. Confirmed good is not confirmed right which is especially true with me so /shrug Typing this in a separate tab while simultaneously posting in the thread- wanting to post this right at rollover will make it hard to switch my vote if I need to so I might drop it sooner. You're not wrong about the lack of info from the Karn exe, even if he does flip elim and I sympathize with Stink so Stick As I said before, make connections with my 'teammates', do whatever, in a few hours you can forget all about them Dropping my reads list + final thoughts/whatever at like basically rollover.

I absolutely am doing anything I can to survive :P. I already mentioned how I prioritized defending myself over digging for solving, and I'm not saying this because I think it will convince you of anything- I understand why it's making you elim read me- I'm saying it so that when I flip you can hopefully go back and like, understand why I did what I did. Which wasn't the most responsible village choice, perhaps a bit selfish, I get that- it's why I resolved to work on my playstyle in future games. /shrug idk what the difference is. Something in my mental headspace is making me more resistant this time around :P. But I did say I'm resigned to my death, and if I survive I'm just gonna plague you all for cycle after cycle so it is probably best if you just get my flip and move from there. ...Yeah, but so has v!Mat? Everyone collectively added it to the pile of evidence without a second thought. Why'd you want me to claim, if you were just going to do that. The issue people are having with the 'one question' is absolutely absurd. It's the smallest thing. There's no reason I would lie about that. This is a provable role. I would absolutely not make a role provable if I were making it up. I thought I made it perfectly clear in the post I voted you that I didn't read you village. I'm just repeating myself at this point, but all of the other trains that were going at that point I disagreed with, except for yours I was indifferent to. Since then I've adopted partially Illwei's reasoning and partially gone off of how you've treated my slot, which I think was elimmy. I have to make it within the cycle after they die, so an active ability. I then have to pass it within a cycle after that. 'Don't really need to be talked about'- if you're referring to my resilience in defending myself- imo that definitely needed to be talked about. #1 job as a villager is to kill elims and killing me is the #1 thing I know is a bad idea. It amazes me how often I've had the most posts in a game and been accused of not doing anything :P. Not that you're wrong, though. But I think I adequately explained why I did this. I absolutely will talk about other things but I've been on the chopping block so much that I've literally only had time to respond to the isos and multiquotes that were questioning me. Except for when I made that massive reads list, did you see that I made that? I think everyone is ignoring that I made that because it's easier to vote me if they do. I mean, I don't know if there are items outside of my role, but it does make sense. I don't really see how more item roles make my claim more plausible. I'm pretty sure that the item created replicates the Epic's role, but is single-use. Again. Are you seriously pushing this as evidence. The single question I asked was whether or not I could use the items. I found TJ's explanation of the role adequate and didn't have any questions beyond that. There's no reason for me to lie about any of this as either alignment. If you use this as serious evidence... I'm sorry I just don't know what to do :P. I think I'm generally more defensive when evil as well, and I have had village games where I was more chill. Neither of those things mean that I'm elim this game. How I react is how I react, and this is the first time I can ever remember having to respond repeatedly to two mega multi-quote players. Again that's not a bad thing, just different. The Thaid reason... have you even mentioned that before? Like, at all? Lol. I actually regret posting the 'triggered' post, that was one where I had just finished responding to a multiquote, and so my mind was already sort of high-gear, and then Thaid just posts 'oh yeah just vote mat cause he sus' and I reacted poorly. Didn't think so. Second, you're fine with voting me when it would mean that my teammates all collectively agreed I was completely on my own from the beginning? Elim meta recently has been decently anti-bus so this also is super unlikely. The only resistence my exe has had came from me.
