Just a thought I had, what if at some point in the Stormlight Archive, Odium got a hold of Nightblood. Would Nightblood cooperate? And if Odium could get him to, would Nightblood drain Odium’s power, or something? How powerful would Odium be? I wonder if Odium knows about Nightblood and whether or not he would stay far away or try and get his hands on it. It would give him an edge that he prefers over other shard’s without having to change his Intent.

I see your point, I think for the characters it is scarier because now they know he’s a criminal mastermind while as readers, we knew he was a criminal mastermind while he snuck so easily and effortlessly beneath everyone else’s noses. That was always what frightened me about him, my thought that no one was going to find out about him.

I guess we’ll find out. He did say he knew what it was going to be yesterday.

I agree with you, but (personally) I find it hard to believe personally when the moment that ACB uses the term ‘sexual preference’ that the Webster’s dictionary adds ‘offensive’ to the definition of it. I’m not necessarily saying that the change of definition was specifically targeted at Christians, but it could easily include them. I find it easy to believe why people would see a Christian still holding on to a belief against gay marriage to be obstinate, when, really, it just plain comes down to religious beliefs, which mean nothing in arguments and logic. Therefore, unreasonable. And to anyone reading this, it’s just my opinion and I’m just trying to explain why I personally believe the dictionaries are biased, and I do not want to start an argument arguing over this, or gay marriage, or the offensiveness of ‘sexual preference’, or ACB. I very much dislike political arguments.

It wasn’t announced or anything, but using the internet wayback machine we can see that very recently the Oxford Dictionary on their website changed the word “bigot” from something like “someone who is intolerant of other peoples opinions” to “someone who is unreasonably or obstinately attached to a belief.” And many feel that’s targeting Christians, among others, because to them religion is unreasonable and people who believe in such things are stubborn.
