    Understandable really, Decay and the Fell Twins had a nice entrance in the prologue, whereas the Former didn't appear till the end and didn't do much except give exposition The Former was imprisoned due to the Fell Twins creating the Night and Luminous Aethers from some fundamental element (of the Cosmere or the Former's power) called Order and Chaos, as per Decay's plans. The Former was imprisoned within the sources of the Aethers and the Fell Twins within the sources of the two aforementioned divine Aethers. I should tag @Eternal Khol here, he remembers AoN better than I do

    Slaughter and Despair are not Shards themselves, but sons of one. The Former is the other Shard in AoN, opposite to Decay. The Former was also imprisoned, albeit he allowed himself to be imprisoned

    My favourite book's Emperor's Soul and Way of Kings. Favourite characters are Kaladin, Shai, Kelsier, Vin & Elend, Alendi, almost all the interlude characters but I've got a special fondness for Ishikk, I also like Sixth & Vathi Which Order of the Knights Radiant is your favourite and which one do you think you are suited to?

    Normally, if something is visible, that means it interacts with light to some degree. One should be able to photograph them, though they wouldn't get clear pictures, I imagine. That's my two cents on it. But Shades are Cognitive entities. Can Cognitive entities be photographed? Are Shades more Physical than Cognitive compared to other Cognitive Entities? Shades are more ethereal during the day and more 'real' at night, does that mean they are more in the Physical at night? I wonder if spren can be photographed? The parts that visibly stick out into the Physical should be, I think? How about Nahel bond capable spren? Would a Cryptic show up more clearly than a Honorspren because they are more in the Physical? Hmm...

    The agelessness is demonstrably there, even with the Reod Elantrians. That's part and parcel of becoming an Elantrian/AonDor user, part of their Spiritual Aspect. The Ire are also quite old, though it is possible that the glowing drink they are having is fully or partly responsible for that, it could be liquid Investiture from the Dor, maybe the immortality requires Investiture as fuel.

    My college town got it's first confirmed case the day before yesterday. Everything's locked down now. The country's declared a lock-down as well, no trains, no planes. My home city, on the other hand, has not declared quarantine out of fear of political and economic repercussions. The campus patrol has gone a bit much but the police have gone downright dystopian, and there's a curfew after 8. Things have gotten a bit tense in a lot of places

    Death Without Pizza hasn't been written yet, actually it has been changed from pizza guy to heavy metal guy His other series like Legion can be found in one collection but Defending Elysium, I don't think so, but it can be read on his website for free. The Wheel of Time short story's only in the collection, as far as I know. Yeah, the non-Cosmere novellas and short stories aren't easy to find

    I've wondered if the Truthwatchers had the ability to see the past. They had to have the power to see something, they have it in their name. This something sounds like it could have been something quite intimate: they see the truth, they apparently had an abundance of tact. Plus, it's thematically appropriate that their non Corrupted power be the reverse of their Corrupted power, and the opposite of futuresight is past sight.

    That would make it intentional sabotage on Cultivation's part against Honor and the Rosharan alliance, any would she do that? We don't know what happened that made the humans of Ashyn plus the other races and the Dawnsingers, or Honor & Cultivation and Odium to switch sides. The Oathpact was between Honor and the Heralds, Odium's binding was separate according to The Stormfather

    Autonomy's participation is still speculation at this point, as are the correct interpretations of the Intents of most of the Splintered Shards, but I don't think any of the Shardic Intents inherently tend towards reunification into one whole, as for their original Yolish Vessels, that's once again highly speculative as we don't know anything substantial about them.

    Oh yeah, the Aether of Night is older than the Liar of Partinel. He tried to put Aethers in LoP. Before that he wanted to write about Aethers of Lor. Now with Stormlight, he's canonized the Aethers. I wonder why the Aethers magic would be such an important part of the Cosmere? A pre-Shattering magic system would be cool or alternatively this could also introduce more Shards to us... which do you prefer?
