Trell makes more sense as a servant of Odium.
Red and gold, going after Harmony, when we know for a fact Odium both fears, and has plans to deal with Harmony, body snatching servants, etc.
The only thing linking to Autonomy is the name trell.
Actually the weight of the individual has no bearing on the strength of their pushes, it only determines which object moves.
Basically what iron/steel do is place a piston between two objects, the length of the arm is the strength, and the weight of the objects decides which one gets pushed.
Yes, Silence's grandmother was inside one and still died lighting a fire. Large numbers of shades can overcome a circle. And how much silver do you think this country has?
That would be like being fine with wolves living in you neighborhood, no one would actually put up with it.
Yes you can. The only thing they shared was culture and religion. They were no more the same country than Athens and Sparta were.
That depends on the time period.
Unfortunately not, from my understanding the cut of a gemstone will improve it's ability to hold light, but it's the chemical structure of perfect gems that let's them hold it forever.
tWoK is a fine enough start but there isn't nearly enough of the magic for me to call it my favorite.
WoR is the best, the 4 vs 1 shardbearers duel and the ending between Kal and Szeth is so good. Shallan being given such a focus is the only thing keeping this book from easy dominance.
OB is probably the best on the first read, but after that it becomes stale. So much rides on Dalinar's character that there is barely any spectical until the end. Making it all in all a thoroughly middling book
RoW is probably number 2 after WoR and it's fine the Kaladins plot line really holds the book back here, if it was given another polish or two it would be the best book.
Medallions are more restrictive than the baseline metallic arts. Breath fueled powers would not be.
Compounding wouldn't be any more efficient than simply transforming the Investiture from standard allomancy into your desired form, but that requires a constant intake of metals which breath would not.

As for regional limits... well there is already active work on transporting Stormlight. That might still be the more favorable option, in the same way that consistently sunny parts of the world still use fuel from elsewhere rather than solar power. Power output matters. I don't think a small number of Breath is going to be much use for this *in practice*
The amount of Breath will only increase as time goes on. Or you could change stormlight into breath to get as many as you want. If breath work the way you describe any era 4 Rosharan of means could have infinite free stormlight all of the time no matter where they are.
Because all other sources are either genetically or regionally locked. The closest stormlight comparison is to a Bondsmith. Someone who can at their whim just make stormlight. But with breath that power would be available to everyone.
