That is more believable.

I hate to say this but this theory expansion crosses a line. The kid Wax had to kill was to uncontrolled for the set and his actions were too obvious. If they had been grooming him I think they would have kept a better eye on him rather then allow him to commit obvious large scale crimes that no one could avoid seeing or hearing about.

I am not.

I don't actually think I am right BTW. Just thought I would make that clear. Good questions. Szeth has encountered Kaladin knows that he is a Radiant without Regrowth powers so he also knows that he can heal blade wounds. He also already knew that Radiants can heal blade severed limbs when they met(that is why he freaked so much). I have no idea what the Nahel bond will do to his whole ghost soul separation. Maybe he already thinks of himself as mostly dead so it will do nothing?

Physical impairments work. Try blinding them. That happens during star wars Rebels(one of their better plot points TBH).

Did I ever suggest that you could make chasmfiend sized animals via selective breading? I belive my proposition was breading chasmfiend themselves. One of the most important things that happens as technology develops is the capacity to do more with less. The first steam engine was technically made in ancient Greece but it was so inefficient that no one bothered to think about the implications and just kept using slaves.

Radiants can summon and dismiss plate. I personally think that normal people will find a way to do that once we know what plate is. Even if we don't plate is more useful in out of combat situations.

An extremely favorable reading of that WoB could indicate that he simply can't heal a death strike. More minor wounds like getting you hand chopped off might be a different story.

Not quite. My beliefs are still viable(if only barely).

Kaladin did not know it was impossible so he tried and it worked.

What would happen if a human cognitive shadow inhabited a Listener gemheart?
Karger replied to Seeker861's question in Cosmere Q&A
I agree. Although with a stored connection hack like Kel in secret history it may be possible. -
I believe it was an arts studio who wanted to include some more Asian actors in film. Many fans want a Game of Thrones like TV show but I have yet to see any real proof that one is even in development.

This is from what I have read and should not be treated as concrete information. They had a screenplay but it was 400 pages long(each page is about a minute). Stealheart is going into development but the Fox buyout slowed everything down. I have not herd anything about Mistborn but I believe someone is looking into Emporer's soul.

Basically yes.

Intent. Szeth thinks that you can't heal blade wounds so he can't. The bridgemen know that you can so they can.

Same as with fused pretty much is my guess. In fact. This is a pretty good idea for how Heralds get new bodies(until you research the pertinent WoBs). I do not think two minds can share a body. -
Good crackpot theories anyway. Kodos to pathfinder on this one.

The Stormfather, the Dor, and potentially the evil all sort of full full this. Odium breaks them so that no one can again ascend to the power and challenge him.

I always thought she stayed to study ferechemy and she was requited because she could easily gain excess to the community but your theory does at least sort of make sense.
-
Most Opponents that you face on Roshar do not have shardplate. Against ordinary foes a thinner shardblade makes sense for the same reason that the thinner sabers you mention are generally better then those old longswords. As Dalinar mentions. The best way to use a shardblade is just to keep it moving as fast as possible without wasting energy. A thinner blade lends itself to that. Even if you do go up against someone in plate assuming you have plate of your own a good thrust can shatter pieces of enemy plate with the enhanced strength. If you don't have plate and are going up against someone who does then without surges you loose no matter what shape you blade is as they can win just by throwing a few tuns at you or just taking a hit and smashing you with a few punches.

Extremely good series so far. Possibly Sandman's best work ever. It is going to be two parts five books each. The first three of the first part are out and he is currently working on the fourth(he just completed 40% of the first draft). They are a big commitment as they are rather long and the world is a bit strange(many of us love this but some people find it difficult to comprehend). They might be my favorite series ever but I am willing to give a book my all at the expense of other commitments in my life that are clearly less important.

Alloy of Law(the next book in the series after Hero of Ages) is quite different and the transition can be a bit jarring. In some ways the way Sanderson readepts his world for a different era is inspiring but if you are expecting more in the same vein you are going to be disappointed. Once I got over the initial shock I actually found myself enjoying the change but everyone is different. If you want to switch series that is fine but I must warn you that none of them are technically complete yet(although Warbreaker and Elantis both work fairly well as sand alones).

Karger replied to ElendVenture's topic in General Brandon Discussion
Yes. -
Then why comment at all?
