Well their are a couple reasons for this. First historically Alethila and specifically Kolinar as well as Urithiru were strongholds of Radiant power and influence so a lot of spren went looking there(It is also likely that these locations are close to spren civilizations in the CR). What you are describing is memetic transfer as shown below. We don't just learn habits and manners from each other but also ideals. Having a good example to follow is one of the best ways to encourage the growth of certain ideals(and a primary reason you should pay attention to your education system). meme /mēm/ Learn to pronounce noun noun: meme; plural noun: memes an element of a culture or system of behavior that may be considered to be passed from one individual to another by nongenetic means, especially imitation.

You Mistborn should make sense more often. -
THANK YOU.

I was actually not a fan of some of his earlier Thawn work. His current work is much better. He has actually mastered the art of writing ridiculously smart people. Something that some authors(Looking at you Lu) defiantly struggle with. I still don't like how he writes Vader but to date no author has made a satisfactory Vader perspective.

That seems a bit far fetched. From what we know of the old Teris system they technically did not worship Preservation they just had faith in him being able to protect more then Ruin could destroy. While I agree that something is likely wrong with the village I do not believe that they dislike Harmony. I find it more likely that they are being used as pawns for something or someone else. Also was Wax kicked out? I thought he left after being disillusioned with the Teris ways.

How do these Windrunners know when they have killed all the Lightweavers?

According to the diagram, putting Radiants in life or death situations is extremely dangerous because it may help them swear ideals faster. However their is no reason why you can not swear an ideal at home during a moment of clarity or contemplation.

OK, I am afraid somebody has to be callous. They will want to marry him off quickly. Jasnah needs allies. And she will care little about what he wants. She was ready to kill him. Vorinism is fine with gay people. Only the oath matters. As such Jasnah could secure a political alliance with a mach him and another politically important man(Im thinking a certain Theylen prince that R seems to like). Also marriage is actually one of the areas where Jasnah has respect for freedom of choice.

How did humans use Surgebinding to destroy Ashyn?

The Eila Stele mentions that the powers are dangerous, Captain Ico mentions something along the lines of "Without Honor you could become too powerful," and the Stormfather mentions that he was talking about the dawnshards which were apparently involved somehow. -
This is largely why I believe that Navani is a potential bondsmith. The Sibling seems to be a spren that combines Honor and Cultivation's intents so growth and rules. It also seems to be involved with the governance of Urithiru and the running of a city "order from chaos." Navani also attracts gloryspren which are associated with bondsmiths and she has a lot of experience getting people to work together.

YKYASFW you try to explain a personality quirk give up and say "Its a Lightweaver thing." -
My headcanon is that Rennarin is gay.

Singers are a different subspecies. Making it so that the hybrid descendants have obvious physical features identifying them makes sense. Their is no scientific definition of race. It is a concept tied to human identity so it is possible that someone who identifies as black not to have black skin. The same is not true when we are talking about two crossbred spices. What you are proposing is a mule that looks so much like a horse that it is not visible on examination.

As a hater of prequels I am going to take the opposing view. Prequels are nearly always worse then the original(name one good prequels off the top of your head). Part of what makes a story great is the ability to mythologies certain events. Additionally everyone has their own headcanon about what things were like so it is impossible to satisfy everyone. Finally as a subscriber to death of the author theory https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DeathOfTheAuthor I find the idea of a prequel to be an act of tyranny against the loyal reader. I call on my brother and sister readers to revolt against this injustice and prevent these kinds of prequels from every being made!

We have actual explanations as to why his brand does not go away(He feels that he deserves it and so he heals toward his spiritual ideal). His affinity with the oppressed probably comes from his many experiences with oppression and most of the population of all 6 vorin kingdoms is darkeyed.

I think that Dalinar would have remarked on herdazian finger nails, or odd hair colors.

The shard of binding already has a vessel I mean.

The only record of anything like this was in Mistborn.

Source of the "sort of." In the physical realm gravity is caused by masses that warp the space but I am not sure how that would work in the CR.
-
Honor was a person already. How would you bond him? That kind of implies a romantic connection BTW.
-
Yes at least one(it is in Elantris). The Door is the CR. The CR is basically two dimensional. I am not sure that anything there can produce any gravity(How would that work? If one idea gets too big do other ideas start being pulled into it?).

Mist could conceivably be stored in a gemstone. It does not naturally store itself in metals. Orem Signing (March 16, 2019) #149 Share Copy Play/Pause OrangeJedi Can you capture Preservation’s mist in a sphere? Brandon Sanderson This is plausible.

Sure. We know from Timbre that spren can hear rhythms.

Way of Kings Epigraphs Questions
Karger replied to Kaladin-Stormblessed's topic in Stormlight Archive
Most of the death rattles are conjectural. We don't realy know what most of them mean. They can be referring to any event in the books, Rosharan history, the future or potential futures that will never happen.
