The doctor listened to the farmer and then looked at the man he had brought in. He drew his eyebrows together in concentration, taking in the severe injuries. Then he called for an asisstant and listed different supplies he would need. Then he ordered some of staff to prepare him for an emergency surgery. He needed to remove the crossbow bolt and the bullets first, before he could start using investiture to heal the life threatening wounds, the others he would stich together. A few hours later he checked on his patient again. If everything had went well, he should wake up soon.

"I'll kill you. One day I'll kill you." she told him coldly and then turned away, so that he couldn't see her face, the desperation, the sorrow. She'd loved her grandma. But it wasn't like she had a choice. As long as he had her child, she would do what he wanted her to do.

Lena stared at him, pure hatred in her eyes, her voice a snarl. "Of course. It's interesting."

"Speak." Althea motioned for him to step forward.

Lena looked at the letters and then shrugged. "Sorry, you have to ask Seb. I'm only here because he told me I get to poison someone. I'm not interested in the Bureau, it's boring."

"Why did you call us here in the first place?" Althea asked.

"No." Mira replied while stichting a wound together. "He was bought here by a friend, who told me that a Tia card hadn't worked at all. As I knew you are familiar with him, I wanted to ask you first, before I uselessly carve a stamp and he dies."

Lena picked up the note and took a Taco from her plate. "Where are you?" She asked loudly into the room, looking around.

Althea nooded. "I have an announcement to make. As of today Lusk takes his position as head of abominations back, with the same rights and responsibilities as he had a year ago." @Life&Death @I think I am here. @Ark1002 @Gancho Libre @AonEne

Althea softly breathed in stormlight, without moving outwardly. She observed the situation, waited if something happened. Her mind reached out for those around her, for the air. You never knew.

I updated the summary thread with all active threads of Era 3. If I missed one, please tell me, I hope I didn't, but then you never know. For the time being, I'll look after the list and add a new thread, once it is created. Contrasting the first try I simply listed all threads and wrote one or two sentences what they are about, as a quick overview. I'm not 100% sure if it's enough, or if I should add more information, but I didn't try to really sum them up, more to give an orientation what they are about. My first approach included a lot more text, but then I decided on a shorter version, so that it can be read through quickly. I'd be happy about some feedback, if you think it is really helpful like this, or if I should change something, add more information or whatever. I've spent a lot of time thinking about this, so I'm not sure if I can really tell right now. Thank you.

Nightwish - Endless Forms Most Beautiful The whole album is about the evolution life. Every song shows a different aspect of life, from songs focusing on the beauty of nature (Alpenglow), over those inspired by poetry/ books (My Walden, Edema Ruh). But they all are about evolution and life. The album concludes with a song called "The Greatest Show on Earth" which covers everything from the first living beings in the ocean until life as it is today.

Althea put her pad aside and started to listen. Lusk seemed to keep their bargain, and she would keep her part as well. Her eyes fell on Max, he looked trapped and she smiled at him quickly, before focusing again on Benson. Max could tell her, if he couldn't manage, if he needed help. This wasn't the place, nor the time for her to comfort him openly.

Is anybody still reading apart from me? So, I managed to finish the book, 2 days late, but hey, I finished. The part about the blight is one of my favourite scenes of the first book. It's great how it is described, and it really seems dangerous to me. I also like the green man, especially when you learn, that he got his position by accident. That adds a nice touch to the whole mysterious eye of the world scenario, when this mysterious place and his warden suddenly found each other by accident. And then there's of course my all time favourite Lan. He was great, as always I started with the next book, but I'm not sure how far I'll make it. The week is half over and I'm busy this weekend.

They forced him to dance for a while after each glass he drank.

Hello and welcome to the shard! As you're a roleplayer, we have a Sanderson related rp here called the Alleyverse. If you're interested you could take a look at it!

In my opinion yes. 100 for the 3rd ideal Lightweaver, and then you have 50 points for non-investiture skills left, which fits with the two skills you mentioned. Though I have to admit, that I think you loose a lot of rp, if you start at a higher oath. I've done it with Althea as well, as I felt like I needed it for her concept to work, but I wouldn't do it anymore. ================================ @Lord Meeker I've updated Damaya's bio, so that it represents her at the end of Era 2. We finally managed to finish that thread. =============================== And I've got a new character. He started as a no-name NPC during Era 2, who first got a name and then we kind of rped some longer scenes with/ around him (see background). I'm not sure how often he will enter the stage outside of GB related stuff, that depends on the threads and the occasions. Thanks to @Ark1002 for looking up the names that were used for him, thanks to @kenod for his skill set (which is great, and I hope I descriped it correctly ) and thanks to @whattheHoid for initially trying to shoot Ark @Lord Meeker I'm unsure how to rate his investiture, as it's nothing cosmere typical. I calculated 70 points, but that can be completely wrong. Same with his weakness. I added the points in brackets behind the corresponding skills. There are weaknesses I simply added because they are logical, they don't add any points to his pool (in my opinion, if you think it might be different feel free to tell me).Depending on how much points his investiture really ends with, I might up his weapon's skill.

Then the door opened, Kera rushed in. Mira nodded at her and gestured for one of the assistants to step away, so that Kera could step closer.

Lena softly stepped up next to Seb and observed their visitor.

Althea took a seat to the side and observed Hellbent. He definitly acted the same. The details would have to wait. Satisfied that her council had everything in control, she pulled out her pad and started skimming over her assistant's reports, while waiting for Hellbent to begin.
