Mike nodded and walked over to the three strangers. "Hi. I'm Mike. Are you here to join the gang?" He asked and tried to appear cool and relaxed.

"It's cool. Really cool." Lena answered, envy colouring her voice. "Does it also change how you think, is it like a jump back in time?"

"So you can change your age?" Lena asked, interrupting the conversation, and not caring that it was probably impolite. "You can get older and younger?" @Silva @I think I am here.

Pain exploded through her back and leg and her vision turned black for a moment. Her next concious thought was something incoherent about turning your back towards an enemy and she suppressed a scream. A part of her knew, that her body was probably healing already, that it was only thanks to the storm inside of her and to Max rioting that she still was concious, but mostly there was pain. Myriad stormed past her attacked Max again and she turned the air around Myriad into a dark could of smoke, hopefully blinding him for a moment. Groaning she pushed herself up to her knees, and stayed there, tried to catch her breath. She knew she should stand up, but at the same time she couldn't.

Mike froze for a moment. Had he messed this up? Probably. He'd never kept his gang secret. "I can talk to them. Ask why they are here and tell them to go, as you aren't." He offered Red.

Their characters Devaan and Hellbent fought each other in era 2, basically eliminating each other. Their current situation is the result of that fight.

Mike drank his beer and shook his head at Bella's reaction. Maybe their disguise wasn't that good.

"The usual. Some smaller heists, but we've been more or less quiet." Lena shot a quick look at the Butler and sighed, grimacing. "It's difficult. But I guess I've been alright. Made some mistakes, earned some money." Shrugging she smiled at her. "It's good to hear, that you've escaped. I went back to the den, but apart from Nekorb, I found no body I could identify. So I hoped you were able to leave in time."

I'm listening to 'Resist' the latest album of Within Temptation. And I'm not sure if I like it. They counted to my favourite bands so far, but they changed their style, and somehow it doesn't really catch me anymore. Well, I guess I'll listen to it for another while, see if I can find something I missed so far.

Actually we've seen Jasnah teleport some guards around in OB, if I remember right. And distances can be weird in the CR, but yes, I agree, it's not as easy and fast using the CR than via Aon Tia. Which leads to a different point. How does the Alleyverse's CR look like?

That's why I wrote transportation and didn't specify the order they belong to.

I have my head elsewhere right now." "I just wanted to know how you are, and how the others are. We haven't seen each other in a while, and after everything blew up, I couldn't find you again."

Apart from those able to use Transportation. They still can get around easily. But yes, I agree, that it should work. And if we all agree on reducing the "thread jumping" a bit, then it should work. But we need to make sure, that you can move your character else where, if the thread doesn't work for you, for various reasons (pace, ...). Otherwise we'll end up with people creating tons of characters, as theirs are stuck somewhere.

This time she saw the wires coming at her and got away, before they could wrap themselves around her, leaving them behind. That’s okay, Max said. See if you can soulcast the helmet off. Nodding she reached out for the helmet, wires, again wires. It was easy to bribe them to change to lemon juice, she knew by now how they saw themselves. And maybe some of the juice would get in his eyes. She suspected that Sebastian would probably reform the helmet within a few seconds, so hopefully whatever Max had planed, it was fast.

Lena observed as some left, to look for the gang, and continued to sip her drink. Lita was still here, talking to someone else and she looked around. She didn't even know why she had come here. She'd wanted to escape, talk to someone, but then it was hard to talk to anybody when you were trying to get drunk. She turned around, looked at the room and tried to think about something to do.
