    Cycle Three: Shattering Glass! I've been sitting at my desk trying to think up something clever for the last hour. Honestly, it's not gonna happen. I could try doing analogies about thinking you're a Popsicle, or tell a strange story about a bunny with a bazooka. Instead, I'll just get to the point. Bastille is no more. Some of you may really be feeling the humility now. Realizing the way many of you do things might not be the best way. Well, don't. Humility is like asparagus and fish. It's not really as good for you as everyone says it is. Butt Ad Venture was lynched! They were Bastille. CadCom was attacked but survived! Again.     Oh, that's right! Sorry, work has been hectic tonight, including a one-legged man in an Elsa wig causing shenanigans, so I may have forgotten a few things. Please let me know if anything seem out of place. I'll be editing the info about the elim kill. Tied lynches are decided by RNG. The lynch and kill occur simultaneously, so neither would affect the other in ability to carry out.

Wait, what am I saying. Humility is the worst. Librarians, my condolences. I'm sure you'll do fine. Hopefully the rest of them will take my advice, ignore humility, and you'll be set.     Another quick announcement. Work has been pretty hectic already with paperwork and calls. The cycle will end at 11:00 PST (An hour and 10 minutes) regardless of whether I can post right away. Any posts or actions after that will not count.

    IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT I'm making a slight change to the order of actions, as I realized they don't really work as is. It's been changed in the rules, and you'll find them below.

    Disguiser's lenses only work against the kill.

    Warrior's lenses don't technically exist in regards to the rest of the rules in the game. They work only for Bastille, and cannot be targeted by other lenses/abilities.

    Courier's: PMs get passed directly to the new person, so if person A dies, and their lenses go to person B, A will be removed and B will be added. The same goes for if they pass the lenses without dying. Disguiser's: It does not include the lynch, just the kill. Correct, one action per player per turn. Shaper's: PAFO Windstormer's: Dropping the lens is the same as when a player dies. It will be passed to another player at random. Shattered Lens: PAFO (see above spoiler) The only time zone that matters. PST. Anyone who takes an action will be notified if their action was successful or not, meaning if they were roleblocked or not. Not necessarily if their action succeeded in doing anything. Alcatraz will not be told what kind of lens was broken. PAFO (See above spoiler) It will apply to any Smedry role (Grandpa, Alcatraz, or Aydee as they are all Smedrys).

    Cycle One: Gack! I’d like to take this opportunity to point out something important. Should a stranger on the internet suggest you join a seemingly harmless game of forum mafia, you should flatly refuse them. Don’t take the spec doc either. If you do, it will lead you to fighting a war in a strange place that Librarians will tell you is just pure fantasy. It will make you paranoid, wondering who among you is a traitor or spy. You will stay up too late or wake up too early, wondering about who will die next or if you survived the night. Really, it’s just not good for your sleeping schedule. Why do you think I put rollover so late at night? Because torture is fun. Quick Fix 42 begins! You should all have received your role/lenses in a PM. PMs are open, be sure to include me. I ask that you please stop all PMs between cycles, for mechanics reasons. Remember, QFs go quickly. This turn ends in approximately 23-24 hours, closing at 11 p.m. Tuesday Night, January 28th.     Sign-ups close in about 24.5 hours! The start of the game may take a little longer to get up, because I have to put some real thought into balance with the current player count, or if I get any last minute players (which I would welcome, by the way ).

    This game was a blast! Rae and Striker, the RP was amazing. Also, shout out to @Snipexe and @Young Bard. Your RP posts were incredible. (I mean, so was all the RP, but those two stood out to me). And congrats again to Rae, Striker, and Burnt for the passes! Regarding DeTess's choice to bus D1, I think it was Rae that asked at one point if bussing had happened recently. I really had to try to not point out MR34 for the sake of my identity. Part of why I was certain it was a bus is that it looked very much like my own decision in that game. Very good game, everyone. I enjoyed it immensely.

    Yes, it does only apply to the kill. The names people are picking are for an RP character. It's up to you if you want one, but you don't have to announce it before the game. I've played plenty where I don't decide on an RP character until it begins at or ever, even. @Butt Ad Venture, how's your schedule looking? Want to remain a pinch hitter, or would you be okay stepping up as a player? We have enough to play, but I'd love to have a few more if some of you are sitting on the fence. Game starts in about 38 hours, give or take.
