"Sorry for grabbing you there," she said, trying to make herself sound confident and knowing, rather than still high on adrenaline and itching to summon Shardplate. "This is the Cognitive Realm, also called Shadesmar. Another dimension, basically. Some of us Radiants can travel here." She glanced at the girl's spren and added, "Being a Lightweaver, I think you'll probably get to know it well yourself. Anyway, sorry again, I didn't want anyone to get hurt. You okay?     HI EVERYONE! So a while back I heard Megalovania for the first time and it...utterly destroyed me. So I had to write a Sanderson parody of it, of course. Oathbringer ending spoilers, alternating Odium and Venli POVs. I will probably try to record this later and edit that in, though my voice is trash lol. I really hope you enjoy it, and all feedback is treasured!     Hearing a crash downstairs that shook the house, Cassie yelped and jumped back. "Oh my freaking storms what was that?!" She blinked at Shana and Rob. First they tore up Doc's office, then the house blew up? Voidbringers? Dustbringing gone wrong? She winced, shook her head, and stepped sideways, vanishing in a burst of Stormlight and blinking through Shadesmar to land running in the front hallway. A giant amber-colored chunk of stone was hurtling toward her, and Cassie jumped back through Shadesmar again instinctively, grabbing James and a girl who appeared to be yet another new arrival and towing them with her into the other Realm.     For one thing, her aceness stands out to me. That's a very human thing, a very rare thing to see in media, and is a character trait that really stands out to me as making her unique. Beyond that, I honestly have to ask - and I mean this with all sincerity - why is Kaladin more realistic than Jasnah? Aside from the depression, since we don't know what mental struggles Jasnah may be having, not having gotten her book yet.

    Shallan is based on DID while Stephen is based vaguely on schizophrenia, so I don't actually think they were meant to be similar. Though maybe he could be considered a system as well...

    Rats are way cuter. If this is the case, then I hope she shoots that down quick. There's no reason at all why sex has to be something people pity their partner for not enjoying. It's an equally valid and important opinion, not one that needs an apology, guilt, or sadness on the other person's part.
