  1. Grom. Harj. Verk. Treb. Kerl. All dead. Frob didn't want to join them. "You idiots," he whispered. "Treb was a mistborn. He was going to die soon! Bubbling. Sickness. He only had months left! Hemalurgy. You wasted it!" He paused. He was the only one left. He didn't want to die. He didn't want Vesuvius to kill him. But he didn't want to die to these people either. And they would kill him first. "Four," he said. "Six. Eight. Zero. Nine. One. Those are the numbers he told me. Please, let me go!"
  2. Oh wow! Snipexe, that's awesome! thanks!
  3. "Uh..." the cop looked back and forth. "Listen, I'm just doing my job here, sir... I didn't, er, godmod anyone..."
  4. " Do... Do you know how fast you were going?" a sweaty cop asked Lunamor, taking advantage of his gesture of surrender to handcuff him. "Man, that's been a crazy... chase,"
  5. I'm in this as well Side note, does anyone know how to turn one's picture green?
  6. Frob quivered as much as he could in his steel-cloth prison. The man named Hellbent was watching him, watching with those terrible, wolflike eyes... And she had just turned a man to stone... Oh, Verk... oh, Harj... oh, Grom... He didn't want to join them. But he couldn't do anything about that. His hair was being pulled! Awful, awful! "I don't know," Frob whispered, tears running down his cheeks. "All he gave me was a set of numbers. He ordered me to tell no one. But I've already asked my friends! The numbers mean nothing! Please, let me go!" @Sorana @Ark1002 @Nohadon ***** Kerl knew Hellbent had seen him. The man started stalking towards him. Then, Hellbent made a mistake. He looked away, tp where Frob was being questioned. And, in that same second, Kerl's knife was thrown, spinning straight for Hellbent's head, with an accuracy and a speed only a tineye knows. @Ark1002 @Nohadon ***** Treb knew they were coming for him. Harj wasn't there to shield him. Now, he was about to be attacked by two people he had just watched kill his friends. Treb gulped. It was now or never. He burned metal. He knew he was an allomancer. And he knew much more besides that. He burned Zinc. It allowed him to Riot. he Rioted grief, weariness, fear, all of the negative emotions he could think of. He kept the Riotings loose. Frob was already crying, and Kerl was no longer exposed to such allomancy. Treb gulped again, flared Zinc, producing a burst of the emotions he was Rioting. Then, he burned Duralumin. @Sorana @Ark1002 @Nohadon @Minato™ @I think I am here.
  7. YES RISK YES!!! OH MY GOSH THAT MAKES ME SO HAPPY!!!
  8. Thanks! Courtesy of @The Forgetful Archivist, I think. As for the cat: I'll try not to be biased, cuz I'm allergic to them. But I'll give that a solid 9/10.
  9. Frob struggled uselessly against his clothes, frozen into a statue. He would have cried if he had had any left. But they were all long passed. Thankfully, they weren't looking at him. he continued calling out the investiture he sensed. Hopefully, by now, his team knew what they were up against. ***** Harj rolled away before he could be cut. His ax was gone, but it had still stabbed someone else. Harj climbed to his feet and growled, his koloss-blooded nature showing as his skin turned a darker shade of blue. He pulled his side sword from its scabbard and advanced towards the three people in front of him. @Minato™ @I think I am here. @Sorana ***** Verk kept kicking at the fallen form in front of him. He wouldn't show an ounce of mercy. He knew that dogs fought best when wounded. @Sorana ***** Terror. Weariness. Grief. Treb focused on these. They would be the enemy's downfall. From the little peephole, he saw a vast difference in how his emotions affected the attackers. One of them frenzied, ignoring it all. One of them crumpled under it and Verk's attack. Treb smiled. The crazy one would fall. Kerl would take care of that. @Ark1002 @Sorana @Nohadon @Minato™ @I think I am here. ***** Kerl watched Grom die. He gritted his teeth. Grom had been a close friend. Kerl would kill the man who did that, the man named Hellbent. @Ark1002 @Nohadon
  10. Riathor gritted his teeth as he found the metals still inside of him. It hadn't worked! His mind... wasn't working like it normally was... He hadn't had his powers taken away. He had had powers added. "Please!" he yelled, trying to get their attention. "I don't need more! I need you to take it from me!" @Fatebreaker @ZincAboutIt @xinoehp512
  11. Coincidentally, the cookie was harmless. Unlike the cookie he ate out of his pocket.
  12. Frob started shaking. His clothes! They... they wouldn't breathe anymore! Where were the pores? He started Seeking, and he called out the investitures he sensed to his teammates. They fought as he was trapped. ***** Harj growled at the man as he repeatedly swung and missed. 'Fine,' he thought, then pulled out an ax and began using that instead of his fists. He was aware of the person he had been fighting, but right now he needed to kill the Rioter. @Minato™ @I think I am here. ***** Grom fell to the floor, glowing with stormlight. 'There,' he targetted the other stormlight user he could see. he Lashed himself towards him, pulling a sword from his back, ready to fight. @Ark1002 @Nohadon ***** Treb growled from his hiding spot in one of the hideout's several hidden rooms. he Rioted the enemy's fear, betrayal, grief, and weariness. He made sure to keep his teammates out of it, but he sometimes slipped. Well, they were fighting for their lives, so his Rioting wouldn't affect him as much. They would die if they gave in. The enemy could always retreat. @Minato™ @I think I am here. @Ark1002 @Nohadon @Sorana ***** Kerl waited, a knife in his hands. ***** Verk ran towards the enemy, swinging a pair of axes.
  13. He was fine with that. An eternal existence of getting his way, throwing tantrums, and getting his way!
  14. I wasn't aware she was under the floor, but that interpretation works.
  15. Kerl came running into the hideout, where he collapsed in relief on the floor, sobbing. Grom dropped from his hiding place in a little nook in the wall, glowing faintly with stormlight. Treb came from one of the hideout's side rooms. "This is Rioting influence," he announced. "Harj, come here. Smoke him a bit more," Harj followed, his aura of protection more thickly covering Verk. Frob stood up from his place at the wall, cocking his head. "Bumps," he said. "Thudding. Coming. Seeing," Verk looked up from sharpening his axes. "Let them come," he said. He smiled. "We'll be waiting," Kerl looked up, his teary face already hardened into concentration. "We need a plan," "That's your job," Grom muttered, the last of the blue glow fading away. "I assume I'll go top?" Treb subtly Rioted Kerl's determination and anger, then did the same for the others of his group. Harj cracked his knuckles loudly and pulled his gigantic sword off the sheath on his back. Frob walked over to the hideout's doorway, listening with allomancy. Verk stood from his task and hefted his axes, two of them, both sharp and dangerous. Kerl responded well to Treb's Rioting, and he stood, the tears vanishing from his face. "Alright," he said. "Grom, you take up top. Stay up there until all the intruders come through this door, then come behind them. Treb, you hide somewhere and Riot them. Make them want to leave, then try and get one of them alone and convince them to kill themselves. Harj, make sure they don't know what's happening, and you and Verk take point. I want you guys to be hiding, but you better be the first face they see. Same for you, Verk. Frob and I will run ops. I'll relay messages, tell you guys what they're doing, and Frob will keep us posted on their investiture. Everyone ready?" Everyone nodded and moved into their positions.
