  1. Nah. We all knew Brandon was Adonalsium anyway. He's using Allomancy to see far into the future of himself and others, and just writes these books from what he sees.
  2. Need we acquaint you with the list?
  3. No. This is on there, isn't it? ... ... Oh well, we can discuss it here anyway, because that's what we do ..
  4. Whilst looking at Isaac Stewart(The artist for Brandon's Books)'s stormlight art, look what I found! This is a map of Shadesmar (the cognitive realm?). Note the bordering and the distinct areas that match up to Roshar. Maybe the Nexus of Transition is how they hop worlds? A table of Voidbinding, perhaps? Note the same background and color scheme as the previous one. This also seems to be done in a different style from the surgebinding ones; more wide if you ask me. Anyway, if this has been brought up before, I apologize. Also note the link titles: "http://isaacstewart.com/images/wok/tWoK_ENDSHEET-FRONT-1-webres.jpg" for the table of surgebinding. "http://isaacstewart.com/images/wok/tWoK_ENDSHEET-REAR-2-webres.jpg" for our new table. 5. Thrill isn't always capitolized; Dalinar mentions a "thrill of contest", and compares it to the Thrill that we know. They're probably at least somewhat similar, correct? We just don't know enough yet.
  6. Szeth also mentions the thrill; it's in the chapter where he kills Gavilar. Also, I've heard it mentioned before that the Thrill may be some kind of thing to help men fighting Voidbringers and whatever other terrors happened in those days. It makes sense, if you think of it; those things probably had some sort of built-in fear system that the Thrill could counteract; with them removed, the Thrill became something that it just wasn't supposed to be.
  7. We destroy redlinks like none other. Remember kids, do what the internet says.
  8. If you're Charon's Palm, I'm Belacqua (Is that how you spell that?)
  9. I just read that interlude with the shin, and also a Szeth one. I found something really interesting in the Szeth chapter: This is talking about his sins as Truthless; if he breaks his vow, his spirit disappears or whatever. If he doesn't, it goes to the stones. That is likely why the Shin worship stone as holy; the spirits of their dead reside there. Thoughts?
  10. Wasn't this the horneaters? Anyway, a fairly good theory.
  11. As soon as you buy it you can have the awesome points back Anyway, good luck.
  12. Yes. However, I take away 10 awesome points for not buying when you could
  13. These. Elantris on Sel, of course. And I'll go with N/A on Scadrial.
  14. Weren't you the one that showed that to me in the first place?
  15. I'll be one of the victims from which you get powers for the spikes help test-taste the cookies!
  16. Ah. Too bad, then.
  17. If an assassin was sent... Although this is completely random, truthless, maybe? Szeth is the only one we know of (if there can be more than one), and a specific thing for truthless is that they can't give their shardblades up.
  18. How do you operate a library with ebooks? .-.
  19. No. I share this particular skill, and suppress it as best I can.
  20. The traitor! It's not simply nostalgia but functionality! You can use them at school! People comment on them when you use them! First things first: I love books. I, however, get new books so rarely that it still "makes sense" to get paper books. Plus, the e-readers have that yucky battery life issue. You'll never hear "Oh no, I can't read this book, right here in my hand, because it ran out of battery!" ..... Plus, if you want TeS, you need a paper book. There are all sorts of reasons to get one over an ebook, not simply nostalgia. Most people I know use paper books.
  21. That, as well as anything with wasp in the name would not make sense on Roshar unless the first people on Aimia were Shin. I guess Crabdragon is the only name the book would likely call them out of any of our names.
  22. Let's go with Aimians .
  23. My own. Warning: It's a groaner. A safari guide took his group out, telling them they would see elephants that day. They approached a group of tigers, and stopped. "Here is our stop for the day!" The guide said. "What do tigers have to do with elephants? You said you would take us to see them today!" A person asked. "That's irrelephant!" The tour guide responded.
  24. That's likely.
