  1. Better than being possessed by the personification of hatred.
  2. Yeah, well I mean if it's been etched into the metal it's really the air in between the metal that creates the form for the Dor to flow through, but then the metal forms the boundaries, I seriously doubt it would be able to effect the metal, although wasn't there a quote that Scadrial had some of the weakest Investiture?
  3. I thin it would definitely be called the land of Happy Cheer
  4. Not sure if that would work, I assume that the Everstorm would just transform them back.
  5. (It's the admin's, they like to secretly spike us are really awesome admins who would never Hemalurgically steal the very souls of the 17th Shard membership)
  6. There's some additional Mistborn content in The Eleventh Metal but other than that I think that's all of the Cosmere books. I haven't had a chance to say it but welcome to Seventeenth Shard! looking forward to discussing many cosmere theories with you!
  7. Yeah I doubt that we'll see another case of them turning against their Shard, it's already been done and I just don't see it as likely, they tried to avoid bringing back the old forms and have already failed. I doubt we'll see anything like what happened with the Kandra either.
  8. Well my dp is me with red skin and Inquisitor spikes, plus I voted Hemalurgy as my favourite magic system, there's plenty of reasons I was on the list of people to avoid in dark alleys
  9. Just a thought I had, assuming you could get one to stay still long enough, what would happen if an Elantrian drew an Aon on an Inquisitors spikes, subquestion if they then burned that spike what would happen? Other than the inevitable large amount of pain normally associated with removing a metal spike from your eye, swallowing it and then magically disintegrating it in your stomach, but you know who hasn't done that before?
  10. Yeah but being able to resurrect isn't much use against someone who can kill you by saying two words everytime you come back.
  11. It's just making it into a different type of rock, change which quarry it came from or just a mix up with the builders who made the room, seems pretty plausible, plus if it changes back into stone after you carve it that's even better, it'd be harder EDIT: Also creating a soul stamp for a guard you don't know would be nearly impossible, Shai is one of the best Forgers alive and only just manages to pull it off when she has access to infinite stamps, people who know the subject well enough to talk, his journals, and test subjects. It also takes more than one stamp.
  12. I don't think that if you spike someone with a spike that you'd steal the spike as well, I think the piece of spiritweb would remain attached to the first spike.
  13. This, she's the only character to have heard the wisdom of the almighty stick!!!
  14. Ah the age old dilemna, who is the better wizard? On the one hand we have a functional immortal, on the other someone who can actually use magic to solve their problems, so 17th Shard who is better?
  15. Firstly I'd get access to materials to make more stamps, destroy some mortar with forging, pry loose a few rocks, change them to soulstone, then I'd probably try to convince the wall that there's a secret bolthole in it, then use that.
  16. Yeah but then you'd never get anything done, you'd all just sit around telling eachother how good you look
  17. Zoloft? Other than that books are best for me if I can muster the energy to read them, getting into someone else's headspace is always good, be it through tv, music, games or books.
  18. have your 50th upvote sir, as an aspiring 3d artist this looks amazing.
  19. I still don't know that that really balances, there was enough cloth to feed his entire family enough to justify the trip, so essentially he got the lives of his entire family, he certainly seemed to think he got the upper hand.
  20. It was the HoA release for me that did it for me I guess, but then visiting 17th Shard was what made me really aware of what the cosmere is.
  21. Welcome! Hope you enjoy it here, just keep an eye out for anyone carrying spikes
  22. GET HIM!!! Yeah I can see the appeal when you don't have much time but I just never get the same satisfaction out of playing a game on console.
  23. Could work with the metallic arts, they're more genetic than anything else, and if nothing else the clones would still have a chance of getting some abilities, actually better since they could be different mistings or ferrings and the you you get Mistborns again without killing anyone other than yourself.
  24. In terms of distance travelled maybe but it's more about the force exerted, and also when you dural-push on something you only get the one push, the rest would get wasted while you're flying through the air, Duralumin just vastly increases the rate of burn it doesn't use it up instantly, otherwise Vin never would have noticed anything with Tin, the flash of increased senses would be over before her brain could recognise it.
  25. Not sure about that, someone from WoK got a bunch of cloth to sell and feed his starving family and just saw the world upside down, doesnt seem to always be a balance thing.
