    It becomes an IKYK for me. I mean, I honestly would never even consider making something like that up. (Well, alright, I'd consider it, but I'd never do it. ) But, for that reason, it's not really a bad idea. Because it seems so unlikely that you would make it up, it must be real. As for why you'd put something so obviously revealing in there, same reason. Because it's so unlikely someone would try to fake that, that it looks real. Also I don't exactly see other evidence of Len trusting you. If you could show me some of that in-thread, I might be more likely to believe you. Yes? Which is why I'm kinda suspicious of Winter. Eternal still reads as more off to me tho. edit; DA, I think I should note that I'm still paranoid of Lopen. Maybe a little bit suspicious. He had a few reads that felt off to me. And I guess it doesn't make sense for Winter to attack Lopen if Lopen is evil? Unless Winter is trying to bus Lopen to make Winter seem hard-cleared? Idk.

    As I have been repeatedly reminded, confirmed good is not confirmed right. Also, as you said yourself, all we have is your word is that "Len's pm" is real.

    Sometimes it's really hard to read your tone. Like what you said about Lopen looks sarcastic but in context that doesn't make sense. And at this point I've kind of given up on reading Lopen or Orlok, and it's difficult to try to make a good read of things when I don't trust my own judgement. And Stink, what are your thoughts on Eternum or Winter? My opinion on Sart is that his actions seem too separate and random for him to be working with other people. edit; I will note I haven't actually looked at Sart too closely, so that read could be off.

    I'm going to vote on Eternum. I'm getting a pretty bad read on them right now. Something just feels off.

    I say back to winter, then, umm, realize Winter hasn't been talking. I think some people scared them off with their lack of proper pronouns. Hey, this is like, one of the first QF's I've actually remained active in, in a long time. And Winter is still up there, but they really haven't really done anything since I became suspicious of them. They've sort of started flying under the radar. Which, I suppose, could in and of itself be considered suspicious. But I usually don't like trying to lynch super quiet peeps. Also the combination paranoia here is killing me. If Orlok was good than I would have thought Lopen was evil because I can't read either of them, but now that we're attacking Len and Len is attacking Orlok but Stink is defending Orlok and I can't read stink either oh no what am i going to do help

    I'm going to vote on Len. I'm not feeling the Orlok lynch, and while I would tend to be paranoid of Lopen for starting the lynch, he hasn't replied since Orlok defended himself. So I'll just vote on Len, who's reasoning isn't very good IMO. Although it is kinda normal Len-meta-reasoning. -sigh-

    I want to put my vote on Elith to back up my suspicions, but I feel sort of weird lynching him while he's away. Rae ended up being good, and while I'm still paranoid of both Lopen and Orlok, I don't really feel like it'd be a good idea to vote on either of them. So, I suppose it's back to Winter. I'm taking suggestions here because I really don't know what to do.

    Yeah, IDK. Ok. For Rae, it's mostly these things; I see that, although she has posted a lot, there doesn't seem to be a lot of solid stuff. The ISOs, while nice, are really just compilations. A few of them had some analysis, but nothing big, and I didn't really see where the Stick suspicion came from either. A bit of a bad gut read. Stick ended up being village, which I guess doesn't necessarily mean anything by itself, but it does add to the overall read. For Elith, it's everything that happened yesterday. You even voted on him yesterday, and I wasn't as convinced of his innocence afterwards as you were. Plus, PK ended up being village. And this post; That doesn't exactly scream innocence to me. It actually just feels off in general. He seemed to occasionally deliberately misconstrue things, and his tone this whole game seems odd to me. While I agree with this, I'm not suspicious of Lopen. I'm just paranoid of him. The difference being, I don't think he is an Elim, but I could see him being one. Maybe. I'm also generally suspicious of people who's posts don't seem to have a lot of content.

    This post. This post! This post made me feel really weird. Not sure why. Mmk. I'm still suspicious of Winter, but at this point it's more because they haven't been able to do anything to dissuade me. I'm not sure that a villager would be able to do anything more than Winter has done, but I'm still not sure Winter is village. People I'm paranoid of; Lopen, Orlok. I know I probably can't read Orlok, but I need to take another look at Lopen. I'm worried that I can't read Lopen either. Somewhat suspicious of Rae, and Elith. Haven't really thought about this enough; I'll explain more later. Although the suspicion of Elith has basically become somewhat obvious, and has been explained by other people.

    I don't know that having a doc would necessarily change your posts that much. A lot of people don't have their doc screen their posts - I don't even always do that - besides, the docs I've been in don't always contribute a lot. Most players I've seen occasionally say what they're generally going to do, and once and a while ask for guidance/give it. Plus, you haven't really been an idiot, per say. Everyone makes mistakes, and I can't really be one to talk about not having read the rules thoroughly. Yes, I believe you've said this a few times. Why not? Why would being evil make you less likely to put yourself down? It has basically the same effect as a villager or Elim. Also, going to agree with Lopen here. Don't be so harsh on yourself. I might be suspicious of you, but suspicion isn't necessarily an indicator of intelligence, and the things you might have done 'wrong' aren't really what I'm suspicious of. Gonna go take a look at Sart now.

    Mmk, I'm going to vote on Winter. This vote might change as the day goes on, but I wanted to get a vote out there pretty early this cycle; Basically as soon as I woke up. To start with, the whole thing about being a Truthless, (Or a secret survival role? Wut?) seemed off to me. It just didn't seem super helpful, and whether or not it ended up working, it just seemed odd. This post seems to attempt to explain the whole thing, after it is revealed to Winter that their IKYK is flawed because there isn't a scanner role; Which, Ok, I guess I could see that. But this post; And these posts; Both came before the post revealing that there wasn't a scanner. So if Winter was trying to pretend to be a truthless, why say these things? They don't seem to jive with the goal Winter put forwards. Unless I'm misinterpreting what they were saying, which is always possible, however, after reading over the IKYK post again, I don't think I am. And if I was, the other possible interpretation still stands with my argument, sort of. Then there's also these: Which seem to imply that Winter thinks Rae is an Elim, which is fine, but I couldn't find a lot of backing for those suspicions. Plus, these occur after Winter's post stating that they could see Rae being a Truthless. Then, most recently, they swap back to this; Which doesn't make a lot of sense either. Wouldn't it be best just to leave the Truthless alone? Why vote on a Truthless at all? Besides, wasn't Winter just saying that Rae was suspicious? Seems a bit odd to me. Most of this isn't super conclusive, I'll admit. I have a bad gut read on Winter, so I just looked over all their stuff, and found some more reasons to be suspicious of them. If they defend themselves adequately, I'll remove my vote, but... Idk. I don't have a lot of other suspicions just yet. Just a little bit on Ecth from earlier. Oddly I'm also suspicious of Rae, who Winter is suspicious of, but I'd like to wait a bit on that. And, of course, I could just be totally wrong in every way. This is the best I've got right now just bear with me ok. More later, I think.

    I don't have a lot of opinions RN. Like I said, I've been busy, and I haven't had a lot of time to really thoroughly read over the cycles. There's also only been two. As for going back and forth... I didn't feel like I had a lot to say, first of all, but I want to try and be participatory in this game so I posted something. Also, it's not unusual for me to not say anything solid right away. I tend to sort of stream-of-thought post, so my opinions might change over the course of a post, as I'm basically just typing what I'm thinking. *post. I only posted once last cycle. I was rather busy. I'm not going to put a vote right now but I will start putting them tomorrow. Tomorrow I should be pretty active, and hopefully should stay active for the rest of this game.

    If I recall correctly, the people Rae asked weren't the only people that said their alignment. That doesn't exactly answer your question, though. I suppose I didn't expect anything besides what happened to happen, but that doesn't mean I like it. It doesn't exactly make me suspicious of Rae, more than I'm suspicious of anyone, but it doesn't make me happy either. As for making a parallel between role and alignment claiming, that was unintentional. I was rather rushed making that post, and I just meant to say that I'm not going to role claim, and that I usually wouldn't just say "I'm a villager", 'cause it sounds weird. Same for directly asking people that, although I suppose it's a decent sounding technique? Idk. Not really more suspicious of anyone RN, if I had to name someone it'd probably be Winter or Rae, not because I'm really suspicious of them, but because I'm less suspicious of everyone else. Mostly a gut read on Winter, not sure about Rae. Haven't had time to really go through this cycle yet hopefully I'll be able to do that later. Haven't seen anything super helpful on my quick skim of it.

    Not loving the claims going on here. I'm actually kinda suspicious of the people who are like, 'Yep, I'm village.' It just seems odd to me. I know I'm not going to claim yet, if at all. Besides that... A little bit suspicious of Winter, but I haven't seen them play in a while. Stink a little bit but not more than usual I guess. No real village reads this early. Gonna be a little bit quiet today, should be more active tomorrow, and then I should be very active starting on Saturday. Hopefully I'll post again tonight but not sure, having a busy day.

    A Gunnerkrigg Court Game? Starting on the day I'm leaving? I've never been so unhappy. This game looks like it's going to be amazing. So much opportunity... -sigh- Curse the foul luck that makes this game unplayable. I suppose I'll have a link to the spec doc.

    Just as a note, it's unlikely that I'll be doing any RP. Don't always love doing RP in general, I don't have anything I really want to do, and this is a QF, which is hard enough to keep up with as it is. So feel free to use my character for whatever. Just don't make him do anything I wouldn't do.

    So, in case I ever happen to play another version of this game, my character is technically still alive, right? Just insane? I did enjoy this game, despite going insane and sitting in the crockery while a number of other people escaped. The mechanics were fun and the write-ups were enjoyable - I wish I had had more time to explore the things I could do. Also, although I haven't finished reading through all of it, the Elim doc looks like a lot of fun. Nice lineup and stuff. Heh. Also, it's got some of my favorite quotes about me yet, so... yeah, there's that. Stink - "I like keeping Mage active in thread though, he’s chaotic and all messy and over the place." Thanks...? Sort of? I'd actually like to hear more on what you have to say about this - to some extent I do like being kinda chaotic, but I'd like to know what you're talking about more specifically, if you don't mind terribly. And, oh look, Stink again. - "Mage's Sanity is the opposite of a power." Heh. Hehehe. Hehehehehehe. If nothing else, that made me laugh. A lot. I'd say something about my reads, but tbh, I don't remember enough of them to say whether or not any were accurate. Thanks for running the game, GM's! Hope it gets run again while I'm still young. edit: And Alv; not sure exactly what you'll be able to do with my sanity. STINK might have been right about that one.

    I'm paying attention to this game, but I don't have a lot of time on my hands and I don't have a lot to say that I think is helpful. I'll try and make a longer post later. It always surprised me how fast QF's go. I'm not sure exactly what's going on with all these marriages; Half of me is thinking that the reason there are so many is that some of the people doing them are Elims, but on the other hand, it would be really helpful for the village to be marrying as well. Hmm. I do have some reads on people, but none solid enough that I want to make them public RN.

    Please don't. I'm most certainly here, and am doing my best to keep up. I am actually rather suspicious of Bridge Boy. His statement at the beginning didn't make a lot of sense for anyone to say, let alone a villager. Why would a villager have to read the rules to find out the proper term for a villager? It just doesn't make sense to me. It almost looks like an Elim trying to seem suspicious. The mistakes almost seem too obvious? I'm kinda confused now. Hmph. Aside from that... I think I pretty much agree with most of the other things that have been said? I do think it makes sense to have Smedrys marry regulars, just to try and spread around the abilities. Originally I was going to suggest inter-marriage between Smedrys, but I suppose that would be rather selfish. I'm probably not going to RP this game. I don't like RPing in QF's.
