    I just bought my Elantris leatherbound, years after it was first released. So I'm assuming that this leatherbound will be perpetually sold. It's just out for now.

    I love this idea, but I don't fully understand why reverence for the dead has much to do with the possession of gemhearts.

    I think it's unlikely that the plate is made of Honorspren, otherwise Kaladin would have heard it screaming. I think it has more to do with Dalinar becoming a Bondsmith. Adhesion is also a Surge of Bondsmiths, and the Plate "righting" itself could easily be a feature of all plate. It doesn't seem to correspond with Gravitation, because Gravitation is creating your own gravity where as righting yourself is reacting to the existing gravity.

    What I don't fully understand is that Ishar was not originally the leader of the Heralds. Jezerin was the one who would "train the leaders", also his image contains a crown. He was the leader, not Ishar. So why does everybody want to listen to Ishar?

    Skimming is not like Gravitation, so you can't get lighter than weightless. That means that any gear or clothing will give you a positive weight, including the fan. However, if you burned pewter you could probably be strong enough to blow themselves forward. I love this image though!

    Careful though... if your Nightblood image is too realistic you might end up with nausea from holding him, on top of your headache! Unless you're evil of course.

    I'm pretty sure that it's only the Mistborn era 3 that's Sci Fi. SA ends around the time of Mistborn era 2.

    A Nicrosil ferring stores investiture, which is the closest you can get to stormlight, so maybe that would work. I don't know if it would work for alomancy though.

    There was a WOB that somebody got on their book saying that Adonalsium was shattered because he was killed.

    This is only the case on Scadrial where Preservation and Ruin cancel eachother out. Everything there is from one of the two so that is how the world works. This is not the case on, say, Threnody where there are no shards.

    This probably has a bit to do with the way Brandon writes. He sees the 16 shards as basic elements of the universe, and so it makes sense that he would have characters resemble them. I seriously doubt it was intentional.

    Yes, I definitely agree with this. It's hard to affect invested metal, and I'm pretty sure that Emotional Allomancy will be blocked as a result.

    I'm not so sure. At the SF signing I asked Brandon if Szeth was a Skybreaker, and he RAFOed it. So maybe he is a Returned.
