  1. My sister has. Does that count? TPBM likes getting sneak peeks of my comic. Mistborn SH/BoM spoilers:
  2. Sadly, I think that’s slated for Era 3.
  3. Yes, a bearded dragon. Well, my son does. We nixed the Galapagos Dragons. TPBM has owned a pet.
  4. I didn’t create the meanings, which come from RL tarot. As for why Kell is smiling? He won. Despite loss, betrayal, and multiple crises he won. And he’s smiling because he knows he’s going to survive this. He also died smiling, so there is that... The RL version of this card shows a man stabbed with ten swords. The Scadrians saw the similarity between that card and the Survivor’s death and ended up using him on the card. The reversed meanings also suit him very well. These are the RL traditional interpretations of the card: UPRIGHT: Painful endings, deep wounds, betrayal, loss, crisis REVERSED: Recovery, regeneration, resisting an inevitable end
  5. Mistborn Tarot: Ten of Spears The Ten of Spears displays the Survivor pierced by the spear that killed him. This card represents Crisis, Betrayal, Loss, Recovery, Regeneration and Resisting an Inevitable End. This version of the card began appearing shortly after the Survivor’s death. It has since become standard across North and South Scadrial. This is the last card in the Suit of Spears! 36 cards down, 52 to go!
  6. Wax is not a Steelrunner. He’s a Crasher - A. Steel, F. Iron
  7. Kelsier burned bronze, seeking the unique sound of hemalurgic affects. It was faint, too faint for all but the most powerful and practiced. Fortunately for the Survivor, he was both. He stretched out a hand to Zola as he located Marie. “This way.”
  8. Mistborn Tarot: Nine of Spears The Nine of Spears features the Ascendent Warrior kneeling in the Mist as she considers her course. Eight Spears cross above her head and ninth stands before her. This card represents Anxiety, Nightmares, Secrets, and Inner Turmoil. Unusually, this card takes its appearance from the Sovereign’s Deck. It’s first known appearance in the North occurred shortly after the initial contact between North and South. Prior to this the card was known to depict varying figures gazing into the Mists, ranging from the Survivor to the Lord Mistborn to Preservation. Many decks still include those cards, although this one has since become standard.
  9. Kelsier. What the RUSTS is he up to?
  10. Harmony’s Perpendicularity.
  11. Kelsier smiled gently, handing Zola a neatly wrapped cone. “Chocolate spike work?”
  12. No, but I do like planting in my garden. Rose bushes and blueberries are sprouting! TPBM likes gardening.
  13. Kelsier smirked. “You know my history. Do I ever know when to surrender? “Survivorism is about fighting, about striving. To never give up. To fight when you are beaten. To keep moving forward until the Beyond takes you. ”Those who struggle are mine. Not those who surrender.”
  14. “If you aren’t talking, you aren’t convincing,” Kelsier said idly, continuing to read. “You had me interested before, which was good for you. Now I’d rather read my book.”
  15. “No,” Kelsier said dryly. “I think you’d want to survive this trip.”
  16. “The conversation.” He turned away from her, taking out a book. He leaned back as he ran his fingers over the letters, enjoying the story.
  17. “You shouldn’t surrender so easily,” Kelsier chided. “The point is to keep things moving.”
  18. Thanks! I’m glad to hear he’s fine, but I’m sorry he won’t be editing the Cosmere anymore!
