Mid-Range Game 73: SE and Taxes
DrakeMarshall replied to The Unknown Medallion's topic in Sanderson Elimination
No, actually It would actually be very fitting if the only thing anyone was after Scarface for was tax evasion.- 166 replies

Long Game 104: The Flame of Tar Valon
DrakeMarshall replied to |TJ|'s topic in Sanderson Elimination
Yeah, I'd say this is good thinking. Not everyone who lays low is doing it on purpose, so ideally I'd be hesitant to Still someone without additional reasons of some kind (...maybe just "I trust everybody else more" but that's still additional reasons). But it's not a bad thought to be a lil careful about letting inconspicuous Amyrlin candidates coast until they're the only options left. -

...to clarify, do you recall if you saw the Kas comment while you were working on yours, or are you saying you'd already written that stuff? Not tryna doubt one way or the other, I'm inclined to take it at face value. Just want to understand a little better. Yeah, that's fair. A lot of us are kinda crazy Not me though, no siree, I'm super duper sane -

get your bins away from me or I will smack you >> honestly the Kas chill mode jokes are a little too on-point to look hard at evil Kas worlds right now ...anyways, I only stabbed you a little! But I thought we were electing TJ while also voting to execute him An interesting name, it has been duly noted. Maybe I should somehow fuse all of the suggestions I get into a singular name.- 990 replies

Long Game 104: The Flame of Tar Valon
DrakeMarshall replied to |TJ|'s topic in Sanderson Elimination
supposing for a moment that you're Village sir as this doesn't really work if you aren't -- you generalized that "elims tend to overcamp" and at this point I assume that the elims kinda want to be seen not overcamping, they might want to do something to be on the Correct side of the line you just drew maybe it's just coincidence about Gaea posting right after that and making more of an effort to see both sides of the question, maybe it's a bit uncharitable to call that evil indicative, but yeah that was my thought we have Aes Sedai politics at home I doubt we're allowed to make a doc but I welcome being proved wrong your name suggestion has been recorded and will be taken under advisement both. both is good -
Long Game 104: The Flame of Tar Valon
DrakeMarshall replied to |TJ|'s topic in Sanderson Elimination
this is a very slight read but Kas says "elims tend to overcamp" and Gaea posts soon after with a response that feels very not overcampy our babysitter, maybe someone needs to keep our madness in check >> add chess and it's a deal if I do RP it will indeed be as a part of the Amazing Technicolour Dream Ajah quick, someone help me name my character -

Long Game 104: The Flame of Tar Valon
DrakeMarshall replied to |TJ|'s topic in Sanderson Elimination
...I'm actually in favor of mass-claim on the grounds that most of the powers are distributed among three people, making it less vulnerable to targeted sniping compared to normal games. Whereas having it in the open is still useful. In my view, the information the claims give us is actually secondary, more important is that the baddies are held accountable, and have to justify their intended (mis)use of shared abilities to more than just 0-2 docmates. ...I also don't really care that much I don't think it's critical that we do or don't mass-claim. I guess it beats not having anything to talk about hang on I've got a dumb meme for this claim good there we go Exactly, you saw nothing If taxes are inevitable, you may as well make them efficient Hello So our doc is in the thread right -

Rank the Member title Above you
DrakeMarshall replied to Shard of Reading's topic in Forum Games & Random Stuff
I mean, maybe we all drink bagged milk?! The milk certainly goes in a bag between when I buy it and when it goes in the fridge. And when you think about it, maybe udders are just fleshy milk bags from a certain point of view? 7/10 this member title shattered my worldview about milk and I'm not sure how to feel about that.- 1486 replies

Long Game 104: The Flame of Tar Valon
DrakeMarshall replied to |TJ|'s topic in Sanderson Elimination
Yeah, I mean, Wind is pretty good Like I couldn't really speak any truths without wind, y'know, on account of needing to breathe. So that's a pretty useful thing that Wind does for me. As the tagline from the classic movie Alien goes, "in space, nobody can hear you telling the truth." I'm quite certain that's how it goes. Then again, asserting that "Wind is better than Truth" is ironically a Truth claim mayhaps Wind and Truth truly cannot exist without each other -
