I am unsure about what you want to say. A NicrosilMind could keep the Allomancy's Spirit-Web but someone had to store it into. It's not about "Obscene amount of" if a A-Steel/F-Nicrosil Twinborn stores his Allomantic power for 10 seconds he would be able to tap from that NicrosilMind to be twice stronger for 10 seconds. Probably I just miss the point you wanted to make, could you clarify ?

If there is a metalmind that could hold an attribute generated by Allomancy, you could do it. In your specific istance, I believe no metalmind could store balance, but for example you could store the extra strenght in a Pewtermind or the extra speed in a steelmind or the extra vitality in a goldmind. But this is not Compounding, simply you have an extra amount of that attribute thanks to the allomancy and therefore you could store more of it without trouble. No the Metalmind is keeping just regular Strenght and therefore it's no special at all. As I explained before this stuff are not possible, you don't store neither A-Pewter in a Metalmind, you are simply stronger while burning Pewter and this allow you to store more than usual. Anyway returning to your first question, the possibility to Increase Allomancy using Feruchemy. The answer is with Nicrosil Feruchemy. F-Nicrosil allows to store your Spirit-Web (so you became a weaker Allomancer while you are storing it, and then a stronger allomancer while you are tapping from a NicrosilMind) but this is still different from what you proposed as Nicrosil stores the ability to use that power rather than the power itself

[OB] There's something royal 'bout them locks...
Yata replied to CosmereQuestioner's topic in Stormlight Archive
Every Returned can't know he is a Returned as just as he return to life but yet he gives of the whole Divine Breath's Biochromatic aura. -
Indeed Division works at Molecular level not Atomic levels...there is a WoB somewhere. Yolen had a magic that could break stuff to atomic level by the way
-
It's probably how it will go...but Nightblood will feel for them still wronger and alient than a Voidspren.

Yeah Sazed had his Coppermind's knowledge but the Copperminds didn't keep information on the Shard-managing. They were just useful to restore the world as it was before. Harmony would probably fix the world in a tons of other way but differently from the original one. Yeah the Shard's mandate affects the Vessel but it's not a instant event and happen over time, turning the Vessel and this happen faster if the Vessel if far from the Mandate. Vin as you said was both enough fresh as Shard and with the right mindset to attack/kill without a true offensive thought...this allow her to strike Ruin while Preservation was uncapable. PS: No material in BoM change this (or at least I can't remember it)

But they are able to feel that something isn't of "us" (from Honor & Cultivation) and in a three Shards context. If you are not of H&C....you are of Odium.

what happened to the emperor's soul?
Yata replied to king of nowhere's topic in Elantris and Emperor's Soul
I believe the Emperor's original Soul made its way to the Beyond as every other Soul. I honestly don't know if the actual Emperor will develop a new Soul from his own. I see this as possible (indeed it's very likely) but I assume he will never know and keep overlay it with the Forgery. By the way, this triggers an old doubt of mine. Has a corpse a Soul of his own once the "living soul" went away ? -
Making a Metalmind changes the Metal's structure, in the end it turns the mundane metal in a new Metallic Arts compatible metals. When you burn it the Preservation's power is filtred by that and replicates the Feruchemical Charge in the metal. So you have more Charge than the one you put in.

Well the two Atomic Bombs on Japan during the WW2 were horribly actions but many people think it was a right decition to stop a war.

I will avoid to talk about specific istances but Edgwene is my female favorite character in the series. I hope this is enough to point in how far every character goes from the starting point.

Dragonsteel chapter(s)
Yata replied to Steeldancer's topic in Sanderson Curiosities & Unpublished Works
Or maybe pre-Shattering the Investiture was mostly freely to be tapped without high Connections (not for an hard rule but simply for a pratical situation). After all NOW, you have to have a strong Connection to a Shard. But back then, Adonalsium was almost everything...Probably you was deeply connected with him by default. So everyone could be a proto-magicuser -
@Calderis @BlackYeti The main problem in define the Stormfather is its simply nature. It's the merging of two mutual exclusive concepts so we don't have really a precise way to call it. - A Sliver is some mortal who held so much Investiture to have his Soul replaced by pure Investiture, upon his death it can become if willing a Cognitive Shadow. - A Splinter is Investiture that becomes sentient and was never human/mortal before. How call something that is both ? The Stormfather could act as Tanavast's Shadow but strictly speaking he is not, he is an Hybrid. I like to see it as a Shard's parody but it's still a poor definition. The Returneds are probably the beings closer to the Stormfather but still there is something off in the comparation

Well a Seeker would be unable to detect a Nahel Bond also if the KR is high Invested....Seekers detects Kinetic Investiture and also if high Invested, the KR would be mainly filled with Innate Investiture. We have a WoB for example on a Seeker as able to detect only the Blade's summon/dismass and not the Blade for the whole time. I am quite confindent (but not proofs) that a Seeker would be unable to detect the Spren aroung (unless they are performing surges. While for the Stormlight's leaking I think the Seeker would feel it and yes...it would be not really pleasant (without considerate "hearing an Hightstorm coming")

He didn't disagree with what I said, you notice how he avoided to say too complex (or plot related) stuff. There is no way for the Stormfather to be so young (he would be younger than Syl just to say). He is part of the Listeners' lore as the Rider of the Storm, Pattern explicity stated the Stormfather was one of the few spren to survive the Recreance (an event happened before Honor's death) and the Stormfather himself stated that Dalinar was the first to bound it from thousands of years. By the way, if the Stormfather was "simply" a Tanavast's Shadow, he would not have a fraction of his power/Investiture. A CS is high Invested for a mortal PoV but it's poorly Invested for a Splinter's pov. The Rider of the Storm was already a powerful Spren (similarry to the Nightwatcher probably) and upon Honor's death he merged with his Shadow, something that mostly made him inherit the connections Tanavast had. Strictly spreaking the actual Stormfather is a merging of a Sliver and a Spren

Will you call evil a guy who performe evil acts while his family/friend/treasure is keep prisoned and manaced ? Mostly what Szeth does it's exactly this, he believe that if he goes aganist the Truthless's rules his Soul would be destroyed. People give different values to different stuffs, for someone kills people is ok as they will be fine in the afterlife. I am not a religious guy, so I can't honestly say I deep understand him but peoples also in our world put a great amount of reverence to their Souls' fate. People killed and destroyed for the hope to save their own Souls. It's too semplicistic to say that a guy is evil if he does evil things. Szeth is an example of this, but there are tons of similar examples in both fictional (Vin or Kelsier) and real world (for example the Crusaders).

Not exactly as the Spren themself aren't made of Honor's Investiture alone...Many call the Sprenblade's metal with the friendly name of Sprenium as every Spren would have a certain ratio of H&C's Investiture. Probably the Honorblade are made of Honor's godmetal or Tanavastium as they are direct result of Honor's power without other influences

[OB] Why a Reverse Everstorm is significant
Yata replied to ZenBossanova's topic in Stormlight Archive
We don't know. It's a new stuff in the Desolations, its hard to understand if there are other purposes -
The Stormfather existed before Honor's death so he can't be Tanavast's Shadow. As Honor died, his Shadow merged with the Stormfather and inherit his Connection and probably his memories. In the Regard of the Highstorms, they predate the Shards' arrival on Roshar and they were Invested from before H&C's arrive

Actually I believe the OP refers to the Durallumin as material alone, not to someone burning Durallumin. Example: In the same way a piece of Allumin if UnForgable a piece of Durallumin would be extremely easy to Forge. By the way, it's not the case. Alluminium's weirdness is spread among the Cosmere but as far as we know, it's mostly an unique case as someone will notice if the Durallumin acts differently too (expecially on Scadrial)

The Heralds are Cognitive Shadows. Of course the real world doesn't follow the Realmatic Theory but in the end the Heralds are highter beings. They "work" for a god, Honor May be worth of workship or not...but he had a godly Power. By the way, if you know how something/someone works (an angel for example) you Will see It no more in the same way. Spren are for example really Angelic beings for the our religious PoV (they are Sapient emanations of godly Power). The Heralds (like every other CS) are Just HumanSpren After all' so It's not really different

An "important dude with magic" will be a decent accurate definition of "angel" in the modern society

There are already theories on Marasi as Era3 character... I don't like them, but Indeed is magically possible

The second. You will Age relatively to your experienced time, not the external One. So yeah Cadmius could be used to Travel forward in time.

If the Diagram is so sure of the DR's usefulness. They have to have some kind of proof of their validity... Maybe a section of the Diagram explains the DR's mechanic As @Calderis said I believe the DR are a side effect of something Moleach does and the Unmade has no Control on the slipped informations the dyings give away.
