  1. It's actually in the back of the HoA book, in all places! True, many of them are unknown, but they are all there. (Including Atium, but they didn't know about Bendalloy then)
  2. Brandon went ahead
  3. Could be. My original idea was that Blunt was Jindo (Shuden?), since they have darker skins.
  4. Sazed says: "I sense shards of something from long ago, a fractured presence, something spanning the void. I have delved and searched and have only been able to come up with a single name: Adonalsium. Who, or what, it was, I do not yet know." (Chapter 39, M3)
  5. I have a theory about Blunt, the soldierish person who is with Thinker and Grump in the interludes. Grump's alias is Temoo (much like Raoden's alias in Elantris is Kaloo), is bald, and he speaks Dula. (And since he is a grumpy Dula, it leads many to believe that this is Galladon.) Blunt's alias is Vao (much like the First Returned is called Vo), has a soldier's build and is blunt in his behavior. Could Blunt be Vasher? The biggest evidence that I can find to deny this is that Blunt has darker skin, and that Blunt knows the same language as Thinker and Grump.
  6. Well. This is interesting. (Epigraphs M3:55)It seems like Adonalsium isn't entirely shattered. If the consciousness is still part of Adonalsium, then that means that it was only sort of shattered. It means there is still some central presence of Adonalsium, but probably not on the Physical Realm. But perhaps the Shard's minds are all in the same place in the Cognitive Realm, and the Power of Creation that is used for Allomancy is accessing the Spiritual Realm of Adonalsium.
  7. Who says that they were a bad group? What if they saw the corruption of the current government, started having visions from the Almighty, "Unite Them", and so they start taking control the government, because they have been given direction from the Almighty to do so. They may have even been doing a good job. Odium couldn't have that, so he had groups that would be unhappy under a theocracy (aristocrats who think they are too strict, villians, etc,) revolt and subdue the priests. What if the fall of the Heirocracy was a bad thing?
  8. decided to make
  9. My question is, is the west closest to Honor (or it's pool, or his body)? Or does is Urithiru close to a actual spot? (like Elanris is near the pool, and Luthadel on the Well of Ascension), that just happens to be west. I guess my question is, is Honor on the mainland? Or is he at some point at the west?
  10. It's a scholarship that runs in Utah. Each school chooses a kid to represent them in each area (english, social studies, etc), they make a portfolio and are interviewed at Region, and then they go to finals. Those who win get scholarships at pretty much any college in Utah.
  11. I would like to announce that I was a Computer Tech. Sterling Scholar for the Southern Region! On to State!
  12. . While this was

  14. baby wave of Sorry. I couldn't do it.
  15. Here is some information about Brandon's Explanation about Allomancy which leads me to believe that they aren't drawing upon the powers of Preservation in order to use magic (with a few outstanding exceptions). Instead, they are using Preservation as a "gate" so to speak. I think that another thing about Snapping- It also gives another reason why the Atium mistings were out for 16 days instead of the mere day or so. I think that Breaths, instead of being Splinters of Endowment, are splinters of self. It is mentioned a few times in the text that those that are Drab "have no souls", or that Awakeners have "stolen souls" from others.
  16. There does seem to be many similarities. Except for one thing: What about Szeth? He didn't experience any fluxuations in power since Kaladin became a Windrunner. I think that it is more of an individual journey than an overall problem. This makes me wonder though. Why the sudden change? Why is Dalinar suddenly receiving visions, Honorspren appearing to Kaladin (and Szeth?) and Shallan being able to Soulcast without a soulcaster? Is it some unconscious trigger left by the remain of Honor? or of the Almighty? Or did someone use the Old Magic?
  17. I consider this as my application to the Order of the Ardents. Thank you. Also, here is a funny comic for you. http://bit.ly/e1ukIj
