  1. I suspect she did indeed become a Lerasium Savant or could have if she had actually used the power in the well. However, that is a moot point. Regarding he not becoming a Lerasium Mistborn, this is true but she certainly could have had she wanted to. The capacity to do it was there.
  2. I was referring to this WoB along with this Epigraph from Hero of Ages,
  3. It is really hard to tell, we know that there aren't that many Seons and we don't really know how large of a splinter the Seons are. I think it is more likely that someone with a strong connection to both Devotion and Dominion and access to the Cognitive realm would be more likely to take up the shards together by taking the Dor (similar to Sazed taking Ruin and Preservation) than assembling splinters and ascending. As as I said though, I am not sure. We simply don't have enough information. Your proposed method could indeed work. No problem at all, glad to help.
  4. Ah, No, I doubt that you could take up Devotion through the Perpenidculary. Devotion and Dominion are a weird case because the majority of their power currently resides in the Cognitive realm (typically it would be the Spiritual Realm). Also the portion of Preservation's power that had gathered in the Well of Ascension (Preservation's Perpeniculary) seemed to be something unique that Leras has set up to happen before breaking his mind to trap Ati. A large part of taking up a shard is establishing a strong connection to the Shard. The purpose of the well was to attune the body to be able to take up Preservation. Brandon has described what the well does as basically making you a Lerasium savant. I suppose if you had a strong enough connection to a shard and a large enough splinter (or perhaps several splinters) that you could Ascend. The Aons in the center of Seons are splinters of Devotion. The Aons in the center of Skaze are splinters of Dominion.
  5. Yes, but the process of becoming a Vessel would reforge (unsplinter? I'm not sure what the term would be...) the previously splintered shard. And yes, the Shard pool remains after a shard is splintered. The pool in Elantris is indeed Devotion's Perpendiculary. I also suspect the Pool in the Horneater peaks is Honor's as it is implied that Cultivation's is in Shinovar.
  6. Little did you know, this is Bavadin:
  7. Voidus, this is much clearer for me. Appreciate it mate.
  8. I'm not sure what you mean by this, do you have the exact wording of the WoB? To go back to the idea of having a fear of death being your weakness but having a prime invincibility, logically speaking this should make your weakness essentially a moot point, however that is assuming rationality. Fear is not always rational.
  9. There is a decent chance I'll be at JordanCon next year, maybe I'll have to join the Sharder invasion and put together an Asha'man costume or something.
  10. They were indeed. I have corrected the images. The answer was RAFO, I've been running cold lately with answers, I got like 4 or 5 answered in a row that I had expected to be RAFO'd, but my last 3 all got RAFO'd... Oh well...
  11. Here are a couple of WoB that support the notion that Adonalsium is indeed fixable: As Voidus said, the popular running theory is Hoid is trying to reassemble Adonalsium.
  12. Get out of my head! The worst is that they even set her up with her own "They put me in a box" situation in Falme which makes the parallel to Rand and gave her the reasonable edge to her personality to make the threat... and yet... whiny Egwene... Anyways... This:
  13. After what seemed like forever, I finally got my signed copy in. Honestly, I was a little surprised by the answer... Alas... Question: Answer: Edit: Photobucket flipped the images... weird.
  14. My mobile is being silly, I will edit and correct later on my iPad.
  15. ...But it was an ending.
  16. You just made my life. During my senor year of college I wrote a Pascalian Philosophy term paper on this exact concept.
  17. I'm definitely not a religious person, quite the opposite in fact. But, I too like it, it is subtle and well placed.
  18. Because we never do that... (rereads Hero of Ages for the 74th time...)
