Your are preaching to the choir on escaped Pokes. I used 26 Ultra Balls after a Razz candy on the Dragonite I encountered (curve balls, nice/great/excellent throws, etc.) and after the 26th it ran. I know what you mean. I'm about halfway through 23, even with evolutions/lucky eggs and such it just takes forever to level up.

I'd have a hard time arguing against that. Personally, Toothless is my favorite but Barb is quite enjoyable. The explanation of how compasses work scene had me tearing up I was laughing so hard.

Is anyone else watching Stranger Things? I powered through the first 5 episodes yesterday and it is quite good.

Someday I'll hit Steel Inquisitor and then I'll just have to ask people to never up/down vote my posts again... oh well, I've got quite a ways to go.

Very much agreed, I liked the first 2.5 season a lot, but once they got to the "Barn" the show just got weird. At this point though, I have watched enough of it that I will keep watching it just to know how it ends since leaving it incomplete would bother me greatly (not unlike the last 2ish seasons of TrueBlood)...

I didn't know any other person liked this show! Have you read the Colorado Kid? It is actually quite good. Also do you watch Trailer Park Boys? If so, did you realize that Dave Teagues is Mr.Lahey?

My friend Steve and I went on a Pokemon adventure yesterday. We overtook 4 gyms, hit like 30 Pokestops and caught a bunch of stuff. A few highlights: a CP 1351 Victreebell, a CP 1129 Nidoqueen, a CP 1225 Tauros, and a CP 921 Dragonair.

Your conclusion that something is hurting him to drive him to sadistic pleasure is making an assumption we simply do not know. Albeit unlikely, it is possible that Hoid would be harming people left and right if he were capable of it. For all we know, he is a homicidal sociopath and his magical block (for lack of a better term) is all that is stopping him. I don't actually believe this is the case, but for all we know he might be. The way he describes his inability to cause physical harm reminds me of the Oath Rod from Wheel or Time where it because physically impossible for him to go against it.

That's why I'm rooting for the asteroid.

Your point is a fair one, however there is a big difference between when a presidential candidate with no actual access to classified information makes a stupid sarcastic statement and the Secretary of State actually divulging classified information via her personal email to people not authorized to see it. As for the lying, yeah he lies an impressive amount of the time, it is like a reality show except he could well be president X_X. As for your last argument, this is my number one problem with American politics, people are way too willing to settle for "but a least...", the truth of the matter is they are both terrible candidates and for different reasons should both be seen as unfit to be president. Alas, one is going to win and the world will be worse off because of it.
