Is Worldhopping good enough
The Sovereign replied to Brightshade the Cunning's question in Cosmere Q&A
Brandon has most definitely by using World-Hopping and World-Hopper officially. Best I can tell he has been publicly since September of 2012. -
Favourite Stormlight Archive qoute
The Sovereign replied to Asasasyn in White's topic in Stormlight Archive
This short conversation between Pattern and Shallan about the nature of Truth is probably my favorite Stormlight line. With that said, "Honor is dead, but I'll see what I can do." is up there. -

The Pasage of Time and Space within the Realms

Beat me to it :-) Upvote. In short, gravity effects time (specifically, the more gravity the slower the passage of time).- 7 replies

Shallan's drawing of Shalash - similar thing with Syl...?
The Sovereign replied to Oversleep's topic in Stormlight Archive
Precisely. If I remember correctly (I'd say I'm about 70% sure) Shallan is examining some plants during her journey to the shattered plains the morning after she Killed Tyn when she has her vision. Not much of an overlap of circumstances. Although I believe there was a Highstorm the day before. Could it be the close proximity to that much Investiture can cause these "glimpses"? -
I had always assumed it was related to his Bondsmith powers: The "but that night did present a different stratagem, related to the unique abilities of the Bondsmiths" seemed to imply while dreaming to me.

Shallan's drawing of Shalash - similar thing with Syl...?

The only thing I can think of is Kaladin's flying dream when he see Szeth during one of his assassinations. -
The link is broken, with that said, what format are you playing? Legacy? Modern? Casual? Are you looking for optimal or cheap, etc?

Really weird observation from BoM [BoM spoiler]
The Sovereign replied to Capt. Goradel's topic in Mistborn
One issue with the memory actually being Hoid's (while disguised as Kelsier via Lightweaving) is that due to the blue line perspective we can make the reasonable conjecture that the Eye spike is real rather than an illusion. This would disqualify Hoid. -
A fair point, I didn't give that one enough thought.

I'm sure this is part of it, but I would guess there is actually more going on here. As we know from Stormlight; Blood is one of the 10 essences in Soulcasting. I expect that all 10 essences would have interesting things happening while interacting with Investiture.

1 upvote for you señor. I just spent the last 30 minutes looking for this exact WoB only to finally find it and realize you had posted it.

What are Shardblades made of and can they be burned?
The Sovereign replied to Bromo_Sapien's question in Cosmere Q&A
Idea-ium? -
I suppose I should have been clearer, I wouldn't go so far as to say I am discarding the possibility. I'd actually argue with reasonable certainly that it is indeed possible, just not practical. The real world equivalent I was thinking of was how we could use a particle accelerator to turn iron into gold. It can be done but it is so impractical it might as well not be done. With that said, I do like your idea with the Gemstones, I think there may indeed be something there. If you are going to reach out to Brandon on Reddit maybe try to find out if Vasher can hold Stormlight (other than just consume the Investiture), I highly doubt we'd get anything but RAFO on this question, but if he can, then that would be a nice starting point on figuring out the Stomlight fueled Awakening process. @Yata, no problem, glad to help. Although, as I mentioned above, @Argent is really the one you should be praising.
-
Just a couple of WoB that are relevant to this topic: @Argent thanks for always asking excellent questions man, it really is appreciated. Anyways, I've recently been playing around with the idea that Vasher trying to power Awakening with Stormlight is fundamentally flawed. As Argent mentioned in his WoB, Stormlight just doesn't "stick" the way that Breath does which fundamentally undermines Awakening. While each is obviously just investiture the form it has taken just isn't right for the application. I almost see it like water in different forms, for the sake of the metaphor Awakening needs liquid water and Stormlight is water vapor.

Do others not though? Going on probability alone, others do.

It was me. I had referenced that WoB because of the other part of Brandon's answer... I have clarified it in my post.

@Pagerunner We have reason to believe the Tears of Edgli may be physical manifestations of Endowment's power. As @Argent mentioned I confirmed in my copy of Elantris Anniversary edition that Edgli is indeed Endowment's Vessel. With that said, they may just be regular flowers that were invested due to their proximity to Edgli's Perpendicularity.

I had asked this of Brandon when Secret History came out and he RAFO'd me, thanks, you made my day.
