to answer your first question, Sazed had old Inquisitor spikes melted down to make the earrings, and we don't know what it's made of, so we don't know what power it's giving him, whatever it was, it will be weak as the hemalurgic charge is very weak.

Well I don't think Hemalurgy works that way, fortunately it doesn't matter as Brandon said they made earrings out of reused Inquisitor spikes, so that's where the charge comes from. Also yeah, Harmony could probably talk to Wax and his other followers even without the spike, he just doesn't.

I'm gonna suggest it was charged from a coinshot, as the Inquistors weren't using many feruchemical spikes til the very end so it's more likely to have been steel. Which may be part of the reason he managed to explode an entire building.

I'm gonna hazard a guess that "walking" in Shadesmar is a good bit more complicated then in normal reality. Also it seems that Shallan and Jasnah only visit mentally, so how one manages to use it to move physically is a big question.

basically what happens is they store something in a small piece of metal, then swallow and burn the metal, which releases more of the feruchemical attribute then was originally stored {essentially this creates a new allomantic metal) which can then be stored in other metalminds, which could then theoretically be burned as well to get even more. and as for the scene when Miles uses the allomantic gold power, I just assumed he swallowed a piece of gold without feruchemical charge in it.. also Brandon has said it's possible for a compounder to use their feruchemy to enhance their allomancy but we don't know how that works.

clearly we need to invent a way to copy people's memories, then we could make a copy of all Brandon's memories and download them into the clones.
