I've heard Marsh get called Ruin's Champion a fair amount in the older threads. And by association, Elend would be Vin-Preservation's Perhaps it is a rule they are all bound by. But that raises the question of why, and how? I can't imagine Adonalsium having to appoint a champion (though as more or less the power of creation, he could probably just make one) @Arraenae I had said Nature, but they are both "the power of change"

The older you get, the less "natural age" you can store. A healthy person can store more natural health than a sick person, etc.. How does this sound to you? Paragraph 2: I guess I mistakenly equated Savanthood with efficiency rather than with practice. Wrong mental leap to take. But I do think that Spook's base senses were enhanced by being a Savant; hence why he had to cover his eyes/ears, but I also think his tin was always on so I cannot be certain. @Spoolofwhool @Djarskublar I was aware of the Well method, I just didn't consider it a "full ascension" I did however, mention that Hoid may reach the investiture threshold for Sliver status like TLR did with the Well. The fact that it would not be from just one shard made me hesitant to count it as a partial ascension. Make sense to y'all? Or have I missed the point again?
