I've got a headache for probably the fifth time this week. None of them have been debilitating, but I'm really tired of this pain and don't know what's causing it. Usually my migraines have some kind of trigger, but I'm really not sure what it is this week.

I finished Midsummer Nights Dream and The Light Fantastic.

Caught up on Arrow I'm having a hard time watching these shows live, because I just want the plot to move forward! And I think that my usual style of watching shows straight on Netflix is the reason why. I hate how slow these shows feel to me, even though I know that they're not.

Oh man, I'd forgotten the Numa Numa guy. Good memories guys.

I rely on Netflix. There's a nice site called Daisuke that's pretty friendly and free. Then there's CrunchyRoll and the anime publishers themselves, but unless you want a ton of ads, they cost money. Then there's obviously quasi legal sites that have tons for free, but I don't recommend them since most really are piratical.

A lot of Billy Joel, and I've been listening to Fitz and the Tantrums as well as The Heavy, trying to decide if I like them or not.

The Light Fantastic by Pratchett. It's okay, but I knew that it wasn't supposed to be as good as his later books so that's okay. ....I have got to start Deadhouse Gates and The Blinding Knife....it's not that hard Scott....They're just sitting there waiting for you....you want to read them....

Back when it looked like Mistborn Bitthright was going to be a thing, I'm fairly certain that one of the things planned on being included was the origin story of Mistcloaks. While it's not canon obviously, I still think that that points the origin date of Mistcloaks on Scadrial as being early/mid Final Empire era. I'm not certain exactly of the chronology, but I think that it would contradict one of the Nalthian Scholars bringing the cloak over through world hopping.

So my thoughts on this weeks episodes. Flash: I'm loving this twist with Harry admitting to the team what's going on with Zoom. It's such a fresh breath from a typical traitor storyline. other than that...ehhh. I'm glad they Finally figured out how to close the breaches, although it was somewhat anti climactic. Arrow: Loved having Felicity feeling better and Roy visiting! Such good chemistry between him and Thea....gosh I want him back. The villains identity was a neat twist, I'm wondering if it'll be a major part of The grave. League of Assasins are back. Boooo :/ Legends: I'm really happy that Hawkman is dead, but I don't think he's going to stay dead :/ I love it whenever they start to emphasize the 70's, it's just so beautifully funny I think. Snart's part of the episode made up for Ray's lame poutiness.

Right now, I'm leaning towards Tan being a Handwavium misting.

So basically it's just an encyclopedia, it doesn't have the nice histories that the old companion had. I just got it from the library, and decided I didn't need to buy it. You might want to do that as well.

I LOVED Childhood's End. The City and the Stars was okay, I thought it dragged. I liked the first two Odyssey books, although they were kinda formulaic and I didn't have the energy to continue the series.

Bugger it! No Ohio....Maybe Alcatraz'l get us...Hopefully at least Oathbringer. I'm really starting to build up quite the pile that I need signed.

Macbeth for school. Mum read it to us children when we were little, and it's still fun. When I have time I need to start DeadHouse Gates.

My mothers read the legion books, Alcatraz, and is actually starting Mistborn. So technically she could join, but forums aren't her jam.

I had a brutal shift at work.....lifeguarding is so freaking stressful, especially when the temperature goes from 55 to 90 in the pool room. I did come home to a sweet text from my crush, so that was nice

I thought she had great parts in SoS and BoM, but I thought she was maybe a little one dimensional. She had parts where she shone, but I thought the over analytical ocd got seriously over played. Her parts with Wax flying around and other times when she showed depth I did really enjoy though.

Aaand, I finished Bands! I liked it quite a bit more than Shadows of Self, but maybe not as much as I liked AoL.

I also, finally got Mistborn in the mail today. I'm about a hundred pages in, I've got some hw to do, and then I'm gonna marathon tonight until I finish it.

I love lopen, I enjoyed Lift. I think that we might get some cool world building stuff for western Roshae if the novella is about Lift. So out of the two, I'd rather have Lift. I'd really love to see the adventures of Lopen and Rlain and other bridge 4 members on a trip out west...but that probably won't happen.

I'm supposed to get mine tonight....tomorrow is going to be painful from me staying up reading
