Correction: There are more teachers, just not around right now. Sebarial's just really studied at it so she can teach for now, and she can pay for expenses and stuff. She isn't a Radiant.

Riley raised an eyebrow. "Isn't this supposed to be the best academy on Roshar?"

Sebarial stepped out of the way. "Thank you for answering the door, Selia."

Riley wandered in. "Er, do you have an orientation, or at least a map?"

"You're the first one to ask for a map. Yes, we do. Here." Sebarial handed Riley a map. "If something doesn't have a sign or label, don't go there."

"Thanks," they murmured, scanning the paper for the dorms.

Leonie books it back to her room and starts playing chess with her stuffed bear. She goes first, pushing her pawn up two spaces. She then hesitates, and moves one of the bear's knights into position to take the pawn. Leonie then blinked, and frowned. "That was a good move."

Crescendo woke to find Diminuendo hovering over her. She sat up, bemused. "What do you want this time?"

"Crescendo, you need to say the Second Ideal."

"Um... I don't know the Second Ideal."

"Well, figure it out. You need to say the Second Ideal."

Crescendo stood up. "I'll try my best, okay?"

Diminuendo, not satisfied, drifted after her as she exited the room and went to go do something else.
