nah, although it'd be useful I do think I'd be fine without it, I am probably still going to be involved in soccer (football) even if I don't play in it still

Sadly, that is not part of our cults. I do frequently smack people with sticks (and get smacked) and do random stuff with weapons though

Complicated answer, but most simply:

Cuong Nhu (Vietnamese karate-based style that's a 7-style mixed martial art)

BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, grappling style)

Kendo (japanese swordfightingl

That's cool I've never heard of any of them yet

Yeah Cuong Nhu is smaller and fairly recent, around 60 years old

BJJ is probably one of the most well-known martial arts right now

Kendo is fairly popular within certain niches

How much time do you dedicate to it? out of curio

In total, 21.5 hours a week on average in actual class, more some weeks depending on specific events. 12 hours a week spent on teaching, only 3 hours of class spent on practice for Cuong Nhu—I'm at the level where it's my responsibility to just practice outside of class.

Only 1 hour a week on BJJ, though I'm trying to up it to 2 if I can fit another class in somewhere.

Two to three and a half hours a week spent on kendo, depending on the specific week.

Yeah I find it a lot of fun

You get paid? That's cool! And you find it fun!

Spoiler

I have a thing I'd love to make my job but honestly volunteering feels better it's not like money makes a big difference and then I'd have actually responsibilities

Yeah it's awesome

I would honestly suggest getting a job around 16 at least, it's good prep work for when you have to handle one on your own. But volunteer work is really cool

Fair

I think I might be a little biased (I started working when I was 15)

That said, I technically only work part-time. It's good practice either way

Oooh nice. What kind of camps?

That's one thing I'm happy about this summer is that I leave in July, so I'll be able to run the June summer camps at my dojo

summer day camps, like the kind that run similarly to school hours. For children, of course. (5-12, preferably)

Yeah I learned lol

I have lots of training around kids with disabilities though. I (think) I do a good job in interacting with them and giving them attention and flexibility they need and wouldn't be opposed to going into something related to that
