I do frequently smack people with sticks (and get smacked) and do random stuff with weapons though

Kansas Stormcursed he/him Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Just now, Through The Living Skies said: How much time do you dedicate to it? out of curio In total, 21.5 hours a week on average in actual class, more some weeks depending on specific events. 12 hours a week spent on teaching, only 3 hours of class spent on practice for Cuong Nhu—I'm at the level where it's my responsibility to just practice outside of class. Only 1 hour a week on BJJ, though I'm trying to up it to 2 if I can fit another class in somewhere. Two to three and a half hours a week spent on kendo, depending on the specific week.
