The fanbase on the Shard is so talented, I basically show interest in any writing projects that come across my path here.
And this one is horror which is one of my favorite genres

so i am very excited to read what you come up with

here take an excerpt:

Spoiler

“Wait.” Scald stopped abruptly, and Sunder nearly knocked her over. She pointed to one of the doors. “The nursery.”

Sunder's eyes widened. They had stumbled into the room of answers. The one room that could possibly have an entrance or an exit out of the entire Institute. The two children peered through the door’s port-like window to confirm no one was inside, before opening and closing the door behind them. The nursery was like every other room in the common of the Institute- lined with fuzzy walls with vibrant patterns, and with cute books and tables and chairs and all that. It was almost criminal that there was not a single soul in sight, because it was the kind of room that drew in children like moths to a flame.

“This is just like any ordinary common area room in the Institute,” Sunder concluded, after examining every corner. “I don't see what makes it special.”

“It's not connected to the other rooms, I suppose.” Scald pointed out.

“But why is this even here?” Sunder asked.

“I don't know!” Scald snapped suddenly, before freezing in place.

“What's going on?” Sunder asked quietly, concerned.

Scald gave no reply, instead just trembling in fear.

And then, he heard it. Those scissors. That clipping noise of the scissors, echoing throughout the hall they were just in. They got closer and closer and closer, and Sunder knew, he knew that somehow she was going to find them. It was over. He scanned the room for any ventilation exits, but it didn't appear like there were any.

"There's no chance..." He could almost hear that cursed monster's voice in his head again as he looked down at his wrist. The four rake marks were still there, with blood still dripping out of them. His heart thumped in his chest. Footsteps and the snipping noise got closer.

They were going to die.

You gotta build up the callouses. (I think I spelt that right). Until then, it's annoying as heck.

Oh i have about six months of guitar, i suck but have the callouses. More that when i reach around to do F, the top of my palm mutes the top string because my fingers are too short

Huh. That sounds frustrating

at least with a face you have to look in a mirror, with hands you’re basically looking at them all the time

nah, although it'd be useful I do think I'd be fine without it, I am probably still going to be involved in soccer (football) even if I don't play in it still
