Or, let's say I use a rep now, then one in an hour, so I get the first back in 23 hours, and the second in 24? (where the current time in an hour after the first rep/when I used the second) 12pm: Use a rep 1pm: Use another 12pm the next day: get back 1 rep 1pm the next day: get back another rep ?
