Ah-ah-ah!" The man pulled out a roll of duct tape. "I might not be able to Silence you, but this duct tape will work quite well if you keep cursing like that."

Asher blinked a few times. "What damn? Thats not a curse word."

The man unrolled a short section of duct tape threateningly. "Ennullers are nothing if not picky about technicalities."

I'm going to assume they glow white. Is there anything blue or green or orange in the room? The throne has red and yellow, yes? Is there much ultra-violet light seeping into this room?

Very little. Elan’s has a blue cloak I think.

Rebus acknowledged the men, but he didn’t care too much - only the three skeletons that had been on the thrones were significant enough to be useful. Still, if they survived, they would have proved themselves. Utility fog coated the weapons of the former skeletons with antiseptic and insecticide, to at least give them something to do. True, Rebus could have simply doused the entire battlefield with such substances, but this served his purposes better.
Elan, actually. My response to this is below.

The men looked at the weapons, bewildered. Where were they?

Rebus’s armor glows purple, actually. I think the skeleton eyes glow red.

Correct.

So... A blue cloak... purple is, unfortunately, not usable. Red is good.

Rebus emits IR like a normal person, yes?

Named absorbed blue light, allowing it to infuse his bones with colour. He began to draft blue luxin, covering his bones in it. Blue luxin was hard, but not tough. Named would've preferred green, but he would use what he could.

He tapped Investiture to speed up the process, until he'd grown himself a body of blue luxin, the stuff covering everything except his empty eye sockets. Drafting blue, like all luxin, had an effect on his emotions. Blue brought a sense of clarity and made him more rational, enough that his face expression would've been completely blank had he still had face muscles.

A blue spear materialised in Named's dimly glowing hands. Eye sockets staring straight ahead, he tapped pewter and steel, before hurling the spear at Rebus, far faster than any human should've been able to.

"Test 1," he mumbled behind his luxin mask.

"Correct. Asharak's development was...unorthodox. He was a splinter that occurred unexpectedly, containing just a single power. Thus, he contained no personality attachments to Cep, and developed his own being."

"Can you bring him in here?"

The Father nods. After a moment, an annoyed Asharak appears next to the group. "What do you want?" he snaps at the Father. Then he notices Taeidin and Cep. "Oh. You two. What is it now?"

"We need you to merge with Cep."

He did, also tagged the wrong nameless.

"how does a spike hold a body captiv- nevermind. Dont talk to me about it. Im a bit really dumb in this area." Asher sighs. @NameIess @Sherma Main

"Of course I am. Ennullers are always serious." Jim pulled out a syringe with a wicked needle at the end of it. "Now, if you would be so kind as to give me a blood sample, perhaps I could give you some insight into the nature of your affliction."

Jim shrugged. "No idea where this spike is, sorry."

"Don't worry, I promise I won't store the leftovers of your blood sample away in the Ennuller database." Jim said, holding the syringe towards Asher. "I'll have a word with the testing lab operator to make sure of it." Not wanting to get any closer, he tossed the syringe the remaining distance to Asher.

A surge of the iridescent liquid surged towards Symbol and the globe, attracted by the use of magic. Rebus felt the increase in pressure, and - though the world still seemed to be moving very fast, hard to keep up with - he squeezed her hand, hoping the message would get through. Symbol, now, could feel Keys and Rebus floating upwards faster than she was.
And then they stopped moving. She was still being tugged downwards, and they upwards, but the ringing had gotten louder and further away. The sense of pressure had almost completely disappeared. None of the three could see anything but the glowing liquid that coated their helmets, but they had breached the surface.

Symbol stopped when he squeezed her, but it took a second.

Keys started tugging them both in a random direction. Symbol, once she realized, helped.

Asher squealed very childlike and scrambled away then tried to act like they werent scared. "Uh..." she swallowed. "Pfft, heh. Im mot worried avout that." She pokes at it with her foot.

"Why'd you do that? Now it's contaminated." Jim pulled out a medical bag and started looking through it. "Now the only thing I've got that'll work is this." He pulled out an even larger syringe, one that looked like a souped-up version of the ones dentists use to inject numbing medicine into your jaw.

Holding that syringe carefully, he reached in and grabbed a much smaller needle in a plastic case, then put the large syringe away. "Here. Just poke yourself with this. The lab will only need a drop." He tossed the case over.

Bro is just torturing my poor baby

Asher groans and does so whilst squeezing her eyes shut. Afterwords she gives him the syringe and flips him off.

"Rude." Jim noted. He examined the blood carefully. "Huh. Yeah, this is definitely a serious condition."
