"Yes." 2 minutes ago, Immortal Platypus said: "It didn't work very well," whispered the pedestal. "He kinda became a villain for a long time and is also kinda the reason Darkness is alive." "Oh, and also killed Nameless." "Hey," Thaidakar said, hands on his hips, "It was the cost effective way. Do you know how much you have to pay in registration to become a hero after dying several times? Besides, I was restricted in what I could do thanks to stupid plot weaves."

Do you know how much you have to pay in registration to become a hero after dying several times? Besides, I was restricted in what I could do thanks to stupid plot weaves." "You could've talked to the guy who learned how to weave plot to fit his purposes. Actually, I think he learned that fighting you. Yeah, I guess. But your villain registration was cheaper? I thought their prices had gone up with the death of Nameless, a powerful hero, and then more with Darkness ariving. I just checked a few days ago and their prices were up 15% from before the death."

"Yeah, but that was before all that. Nearly every hero slot was full, and the others were at the highest price they'd been at since I did what the once author is doing. 'Sides," Thaid said, "I had a villain spot reserved forever. My author had me do it cause there was gonna be this whole thing with another dude, but like he evaporated into the plot threads."

He hasn't been introduced to the main story yet."

They've been awfully annoying recently." She glared at Everyone, who grinned and flipped their sword around some more.

A full half of his patients survive!" -- It was storming quite fiercely when the doctor galloped into town, riding on a stolen horse. His breath came in quick gasps as he leapt off of his horse, cradling the dose of The Real Nameless Juice in his arms. He ran towards a home on the edge of town and hammered on the door, lightning crackling in the distance. A bedraggled man in a doctor's white coat opened the door, then blinked in surprise. "Larid? I haven't seen you since you dropped out of school to apprentice under that herbalist." Larid the doctor pushed past his old acquaintance, looking around the room frantically. "Is the girl still alive? Where is she?" "The girl? She's still hanging on, although barely. I have her in the back room." The man in the white coat grabbed Larid's arm. "Why are you here?" Larid pulled free, walking quickly over to the back room. "There's no time. The juice has become unstable. It's decaying at an exponential rate and will soon be utterly useless." "The... the juice? Larid, I hope you're not going to try some crackpot 'magic' medicine. This girl is sick, and her condition is highly unst-" Larid stepped into the back room and slammed the door, cutting off his old friend's words midsentence. He held the doorknob for a few moments, whispering a spell to seal the door, then hurried to the bedside of the child. Barioth's granddaughter was deathly pale, barely breathing as she lay motionless upon the bed. Larid hurriedly began preparing the Real Nameless juice, praying that there was still enough left to be potent. By the Authors, I hope that this works. For Barioth's sake, I do.
