Sadness was a new feeling for him. Usually all he felt was arrogance and snarkiness.

He finally understood what the rest of his crew felt like. He didn't like it.

So he decided to cause chaos with the Ghostbloods.

He started by commanding them to buy all the pancake stores in the universe, creating a monopoly on the food. Then he moved onto waffles.

However, Harmony helped the small business waffle cooks unionize against the Ghostbloods.

Unfortunately, this only encouraged Kelsier to steal from the small waffle cooks.

Only one person could be their salvation and it was...

Hoid.

[NerdyAarakocra They/Them]

Who had escaped from the planet.

[Edema Rue she/her]

Hoid, knowing Lift felt very strongly about pancakes, had brought her and her shardfork along.

Hoid really needed to brush up on his TLT canon, because Lift immediately betrayed him and joined her adoptive father Kelsier.

This made Hoid sad mad!

Now no one could save the small businesses.

Lift's doppleganger, Lyft, was the next best thing that Hoid could recruit.

Unfortunately, Lift was ten times better than any doppleganger.

But Lyft had a secret weapon.

She was secretly Kelsier's doppleganger. Sort of.

So she tried to be Nightblood's doppleganger!

However, she ended up becoming an Honorblade instead.

This was unfortunate.

But Nightblood still liked her, so therefore Szeth was okay with her, so they embarked on a quest to save small pancake businesses.

Unfortunately, Nightblood was secretly working with Lift to aid in Kelsier's industrialization scheme.
